[11:30am i'm going to finish out for the rest of the day once it's over, and i'm going to go back and add the nutrients\calorie values and all of that. i've gotta start getting my friend to come work out w\ me b\c i don't have much confidence in terms of the weight im using on bench presses w\o a spotter there to assist me. if he can't, whatever. i'll get used to it. and as for the weight of the orange ball... i don't know. its less than 7kg, thats for damn sure.]
[12:00pm i'm bout to go outside for my 2 hours of basketball drills, soon as i get a bite to eat. i fkn hate drills, but hey, it's gotta get done. tonight i'm planning on getting in an hour of reading, writing my book for bout an hour or two, then heading back up to the gym for a couple pickup games. i was thinking about going for a windmill tonight... but after that workout and the plyos im gonna do later i think i'm gonna be too tired to get up THAT high. mark my words though, by the end of the summer, the windmill, the 360, and the foul line dunk will be my collective bitches.]
