Ketomaniac returns
Yeah, heres my return.
I havent posted here in a loongggg timeeee, so heres my return. I used to be pretty popular here in the journal section, I see alot of newcomers here, so you guys probably don't recognize me. Oh well, theres alot about my backround to explain, and I dont want this post to be long, but Im clean bulking for now, doing an upper/lower split 2x a week (conjugated periodization style). Diet = bulking carb cycling
Supps: CEE & Taurine stack, Multivitamin, Whey
Thats about all you need to know, I have some pics, Ill upload those too I suppose. Ill start posting workouts tommorow.
Some random other things, Im 15 yrs old, been working out since summer of '03, and weigh around 195~.

you're fifteen!? good criminey! you're starting where a lotta guys want to finish!  :
btw: what's with the face thing? everybody does the "blot-out-the-face" thing and i, for one, find it a little eerie.... rather "pod people"-ish, lol.

your right my fault, too be honest I wasnt attacking gay people, I was using the slang defitnion and just calling them morons, I changed it, my fault,

It's going awesome, right now I'm running a lax version of Lyle's PSMF (I have a few apples every once in a while  ) Doing pretty good, I look pretty solid. Solid enough to scare away the little kids at the HS gym  Hit me on IM man.

Conjugated Periodization - Upperbody Workout A
ALL WEIGHTS IN POUNDS (lbs)
Weighted Pullups
bodyweight+80lbs X 3 5lb PR!
bodyweight+80lbs X 2
bodyweight+80lbs X 3 whew, pullups own
Flat Barbell Bench Press
245 X 3 5lb PR!
245 X 2 chest felt strained
245 X 1 felt like my chest was cramping or I didn't stretch it enough, it hurt
Incline Barbell Bench Press
210 X 4 2 rep PR!
215 X 2 5lb PR! chest felt realllyyy weird, weird sorta pain
Bent Over Barbell Rows
235 X 6 2 rep PR!
235 X 3
Decline Barbell Bench Press
225 X 3 chest hurting, decided to call it quits before I injured myself
NOTES:
Awesome workout today, woulda been better if my chest wasn't hurting. It was a weird kind of pain. It felt like my chest was cramping and I didn't stretch it enough. It was also in my shoulder a bit. I didn't want to injure it so skipped a few sets on a few exercises. Awesome workout though, all my workouts since cutting has been done have been awesome, especially with the CEE/TAURINE stack. Good times
