ah, the seasons over.. back into the gym i go!!! rugby "game" season is over.. practices only once a week now.. Just registered a 3 month membership at the gym so i can get back into some heavy lifting.

6x reps of 4 sets @ 90lbs each hand
DB Curls
8x reps of 4 sets @ 35 lbs
Bench Press (flat)
6 reps of 2 sets @ 160 lbs
15 reps of 3 sets @ 120 lbs
Push ups
40 reps of 3 sets
Pull ups - Cant do em yet lol
Cardio
1 hour of competitive ball
9:30 am - Plain oat style oatmeal
11:00 am - 1.75 litre water
11:20 am - Whole wheat bagel /w lettuce 3 slices of lean meat
1:25 pm - 1.75 litre water
7:30 pm - same sandwich as above / went out for some chinese
