Today I did back/biceps and no cardio. Feeling really guilty about cutting back on cardio so much. I'm used to doing so much of it. Anyways, my legs are still pretty sore from Wednesdays
leg workout that it's probably a good idea to stay away from cardio so my muscles could get some rest.
Total cals: 1314
Fat: 13%
Carbs: 53%
Pro: 34%
I should probably add a bit more fat in there. Carb sources have been a banana,
brown rice, and sweet potatoes. Not sure if I should lower the carbs and up the protien or if I should keep it the way it is.
