Well summer classes are finally over and decided to get in shape. I plan on losing about 20 lbs and gaining lots of muscle. Here is my meal plan starting tommorow morning.
Working out 4 times a week and cardio 3 times a week.
Meal Plan:
morning:
Amplify
Protein Shake
30 min cardio
Breakfast : bowl of cereal, 2 slice of bread, slice of cheese, glass of skim milk
snack : celery and peanut butter
Lunch :
chicken breast, small salad, a fruit, skim milk
snack : a fruit
Dinner : 3 eggs, cup of yogurt, skim milk
30 min cardio
Lots of water throught the day

I feel this much isn't enough. Feel free to give some pointers.
