KoN^s Goals progressing

Just thought I would start my own little thread letting everyone know how my progress is going and what goals I'm striving for and the ones I have reached.

Here's my story so far...........

Once upon a time an 18 year old guy from down under realises he has no strength and is way out of shape, so he decides to get in shape, after several weeks of trail and error he finds a weekly routine that starts to kill the fat and add that much needed muscle he strives for.

Stats (October 15th)

Height: 6'2
Weight: 86kg (185lbs)
Body Fat: 18%
Waist: 91cm (37inches)
Thighs: 61cm (25inches)
Arms: 30cm (12inches)
Chest: 89cm (36inches)

Goals:
1) Reach 75kg (160lbs)
2) Have less then 10% body fat.
3) Reach 100cm (40inche) for my chest.
4) Be able to do atleast 50push ups.
5) Be able to do atleast 15pull ups.
6) Be able to bench press my body weight.
and
7) Be able to run 2.4km in under 10mins.

Stats (December 1st)

Height: Same ()
Weight: 77kg (164lbs)
Body Fat: 13.2%
Waist: 83cm (33inches)
Thighs: 55cm (22inches)
Arms: 35.5cm (15inches)
Chest: 96cm (38inches)

Progress of Goals

*2kg away from reaching goal No.1
*3.3% away From No.2
*4cm away from No.3
*Can only manage 25push ups at the moment so I'm half way there, considering when I started I could only do 5
*Now this one is really struggling, I can only do 3pull ups. Which is better then when I started where I could only do 1.
*Now I only have 54kg (132lbs) in weights to load on to my bar and I can lift that 4 times. So I'm guessing my O.R.M would be about 60-65kg (147-159lbs). I'm getting another 20kg next week so I'll see then what it actually is.
*I broke this goal today. Starting at 13mins 24secs for the first time I ran this, My best time, which I got today is 9mins 40secs.

I have 1 question about pull ups, would 3-4sets of 2 pull ups be worth doing? or is it to little?
Thats all I can manage to do, and I am working out from home only do bent over rows and dead lifts for my back.

If you want to know anything or have any thing to say then please let me know.

I'll post my results again in as I reach my goals.

Yeah the idea of pull ups you have will be ok for sure, once you can perfectly do all 4 sets, add a rep to each set, when you can do 4 reps for 4 sets, look toward doing 2 sets of 10. And then 20 in a row ... you get the idea you can use it with any amount not doesn't have to be 4 sets or 20 pull ups etc.

After 3weeks off over xmas due to holidays and general lazyness of the holiday season, I've decided to get back with it.

Stats (January 10th)

Weight: 75kg
B.F%: 11.5%
Waist: 80.5cm
Thighs: 54cm
Chest: 97cm

As far as the other goals are going.....

1) I've reached my Ideal weight.
2) 1.5% away from getting there
3) 3cm away
4) Can do 40 Push Ups.
5) Can do 10 Pull Ups.
6) I'm guessing I cant do this one, because I haven't touched the bench for 3weeks, so still stiving for this.

I'll update this again soon.
7) Can still run it in under 10mins, My new record is 9mins 26secs
