Here's my nutrition intake for review. My immediate goal is to cut fat.

5:00 AM -- morning cardio on empty stomach for app. 35 minutes
meal 1 (6:30 AM)
2 eggs
1/2 cup of fat-free cottage cheese
1.5 cups of shredded wheat
1 cup of skim milk
5 prunes (i need these)
meal 2 (9:00 AM)
1 can of tuna fish
1/2 cup of fat-free cottage cheese
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1 banana
1/2 cup of peanuts or almonds
post workout meal (10:30 AM)
1 Cup of skim milk
1 scoop of whey protein
meal 3 (11:30 AM)
1 broiled,
skinless chicken breast
1 sweet potato
1/2 cup of fat-free cottage cheese
meal 4 (2:00 PM)
1 broiled,
skinless chicken breast
1 baked potato (or 1/2 cup of brown rice)
1 cup of salad greens
meal 5 (4:30 PM)
1 can of tuna fish
2 cups of broccoli
1 cup of salad greens
meal 6 (6:00 PM)
1 broiled, skinless chicken breast
2 cups of broccoli
drink almost a gallon of water a day
drink about 3 cups of coffee a day
I'm male, 5'7", 183.5 lbs. at app 18% bf which makes my LBM = 150.5 lbs.
