Softball Practice:
* I ran 2 times around a baseball field
* Shuffled from wall-wall for 40 sec.
*Jumped over 4 cones and then ran downt he hall 4X's
* 10 push-ups

Are you jsut beginning too? I jsut started my real weight training working out today!! Good to hear! Just keep on improving, I know I have seen a HUGE improvement in my pushups stamina, Ive worked my way up from 26 to 52 in about 3 weeks and it feels great! Just keep on going, i really cant share much more than that because Im new as well!! But welcome, everyone seems wonderful here!!
More activities on 01/08/04...played alot of DDR!Burned about 300 calories....hey lakergirl thankyou for the info....I think it's cool that you improved alot...KEEP IT UP!
