Hmm, interesting order of exercises Lee, never seen that one before. Traps first huh? Are they a weakpoint in your physique? Just curious.

Keep up the heavy weights man!

Thanks for compliments guys MonStar, I do all my workouts in a weird way most of the time, it's just habit after finding stuff that works well for me I just never change it lol, I'm changing routine to a 5x5 next though...few months on that.

EZ Curls: 3 Sets: 6 reps :: 118lbs : Last set 88lbs to failure got about 17 reps out of this set.

Skull Crushers: 3 Sets: 4 reps :: 88lbs

Standing Tricep Press: 2 Sets: 6 reps :: 78lbs

Concentration Curls: 2 Sets: 3 reps :: 55lbs

Hmm.. thats crazy Lee. Whatever works for you I guess. I always do pretty much the same exercises in the same order. Always worked well for me, but who knows.

Yep, strict and seated. I do them arnold style sometimes, you know with the bent back and curled from inside of foot. I love my arms, to me they are one of my strong points. Thanks for the compliments bro

Today

Rest day today, went for 15minutes skip because I was feeling lazy... bah. Got conned into buying some of this bloody protien powder, except the catch it every tub is strawberry and I HATE strawberry ..so now I have 3 months supply, for the price of one month of something I hate. lol, why did I ever take my mate up on this offer.....I'll never know.

That's cool Lee. I know what ya mean, my biceps are also one of my strong points as well. I use to do 60 lbs free form concentration curl Arnold style.

Keep up the hard lifting bro!

Hey Lee, what is your height and weight, and age? Just curious man because I saw your pics and youre looking pretty lean. With your strength I expected you to be in the 200 lbs. range or so.

Holy **** Mustang !!! That is some STRONG arms you got there....you the man !!!! Got to love that though Mustang.....damn...nice work.
MonStar, thanks for the compliment on my pics, I just came off a super lean up cycle of clen and eca's a few weeks back so that explains the little bit of extra leaness (I'm not usually too lean lol) I'm 217lbs...bf% was 7% but that was about week and half ago... up from 5.4% a while back. I think I am probably about 8.5% now though.

Today

Bahh...had to take delivery of the god damned celltech stuff amongst other things so worked about 9 and half hours without a break, dropped dead when I got home tonight, can't be bothered to run / stand / walk / bike... lol....have to be at work for 5 tomorrow too sooo not gonna get much cardio done this weekend, oh well all's good still.

Thanks for stopping by

Oh yeah, around 6ft

Wow, I never knew you were 217 lbs. Lee, I was obviously looking at the wrong pictures, lol. Keep up the hard work man. How did the Clen cycle go? Work well? I have heard pretty good things about it.
