Well I "Officially" started my diet today. I have been semi officially on it the past week, but not completely, as I have been getting things in order and such.
START DIET Weight: 261 lbs, check it again in 30days.
Day1
Food Today:
Breakfast: noon
3
boiled eggs
2 wheat toast
Snack: 3pm
Banana
Lunch: 6pm
Tuna on wheat(half of package 3oz),
BBQ sauce
Celery(2 stalks)
Snack: 10pm
roughly 1/2 cup of cottage cheese
w/ 6 chunks of pineapple.. chunks in can, like 30 chunks or something in can, i used 6.
I was rather amazed at the pineapple making the cottage cheese "ok". Still not my favorite thing but I guess I will learn to like it.
Didn't get out of bed till noon today, so thats all I ate. Also amazed I wasn't hungry either.
Did a 45min workout with weights. Was working with a friend to try and figure out a routine. We were just kinda all over the place on what we were doing. Need to figure out a routine quick.
Well.. thats all. Today was the first day of the rest of my life.
Little more then 2 liters of water drank.. need to drink more tomorrow.
