LifterMike GET STRONG Journal
Hey folks, I've sporadically lifted over the last 5 years, earlier this year I tried some bodyweight workouts but they didn't last very long -_-.
Anyway, I'm going back to the roots of my greatest muscular gains, Max-OT. I will be detailing my 12 week introductory Max-OT workouts, then jumping into their 6 month plan after that. I've already completed week 1, and it was very satisfying. Starting tomorrow I will log all my warm-up and heavy sets. I will detail my nutrition, and as soon as I get a digital camera or replace my camera phone I will put up some progress pictures. Prior to jumping into max-ot this past week, I was doing some general weightlifting in the 10 rep range with 3 sets for most workouts. I've made some good gains so far, putting on 15lbs since November. I'm hoping to match that and put on 30lbs total in one year.
I'll also use this as a sort of journal to help me evaluate how I felt about each workout to help me maintain focus and intensity. To anyone who may remember me, cheers! =p
