I am finally able to lift again after my pulled left pec and strained disk in my back have pretty much healed. Today was my first day back and I felt pretty good. I still had to take it a little bit slow, but things will be back to normal soon.
Well here is the plan I want to bulk this winter. After being hurt I weigh in at a measly 130lbs, I am only 5'4'' so that is not mad skinny but I want to put on some serious size this winter. My parents must "approve" all of the supps that I take so my dad is still "thinking about" me taking a gainer if he says no I will just make my own it will just be easier if he lets me take some N-Large II.
My goal is about 3200-3400 calories a day to help my put on some size I am going to stick with the same one body part a day split that has been working well for me. I also need to buy a scale to log my weight, hopefully I will have that soon.
I am going to try real hard to keep up with this don't worry all the threads won't be this long I am just trying to cover the bases here.
