Lil's WestSide Routine
Hey guys I took a long time away from the boards but I am back now at least for the summer. I used to post here ages ago. I am not sure how many of the old members are still around, but I see a lot of new names/faces.
Right now I am doing a WestSide routine and will be doing my first powerlifting meet in August. I am hopefully going to compete in full gear, but my focus is still raw strength.
I am currently 5'3'' 168 trying to get as close as I can to 181 since that is where I will compete. I posted one training vid in the lifting videos thread in the powerlifting forum. I will be shooting a couple vids this summer with my TP who lifts in the 220 class and my brother who we are introducing to powerlifting.
Right now I am wrapping up finals at school and will be coming home for the summer this friday. My first session should be ME squat saturday at some point. I will be sure to post it up here and keep up with the log. Anyways it is nice to be back it seems the board has really changed and grown a bit since I have been gone.
