Worked out on the 20th too but not posted here, then yesterday was a rest day.

Had to build a "box" from yard junk: cinderblocks, bricks and lots of scrap 2x4s. Managed a 17 1/2 in height stack to jump onto safely.

I've been pretty consistant at 3-5 W/O per week since last posting.

For the last 8 weeks or so I've been doing the Catalyst Athletics Wods geared at Olympic lifting. I'm continuing those for now.

My setup is on a sheltered outdoor porch right now and it is frigging freezing outside so I better get at it before it gets any colder.
