Kickball is tough as hell. We have leagues here that get pretty competetive! I was only filling in last week, so I wasn't used to all that sprinting! Softball starts in a few weeks, so I need to get my short sprints up!

Anyway...

What we call a "Fireman's Row" is a one-handed dumbell row. You stand on the left side of a bench, and put your right knee on the end of the bench and support your weight with your left hand. Your back should be almost parallel to the floor. Then you pick up the dumbell in your right hand and pull it up as high as you can, like your starting a lawnmower.

Like I said, we call this a Fireman's row. I have no idea where that name came from, though!

Maybe Jaster can help us figure this out?
