Hey Everyone,
My name is kevin im 18 years old and run a Taekwondo school. Looking to get back in shape so
Wanted to try one of these online things to help me keep up with working out

Cardio-
30 min. boxing

Abs-
50 crunchs

General-
60 min. Martial Arts
