So after being a member for a pretty long time, Ive decided to make my first fitness journal. Reason behind this is because I am trying to shed quite a few lbs in the next month or so, before I return home to visit next month.
So let me further introduce myself. I am 5'5 and I weigh around 152. As of right now, I run every morning for about 35-40 minutes at a rather slow pace, probably around 8min or 9min per mile speed. I also work out in the gym everyday around 6PM for an hour or so.
I am currently not seeing any results of fat loss, I can tell that I am putting on a bit of muscle though. I think thats a result of my poor eating habbits.
My goals as of right now are pretty simple. I just want to keep the muscle I have and
lose body fat. I am not sure of what
body fat percentage I am currently at, but I am in the process of figuring it out. Until then I dont really know what percent I am shooting for.
