Went in early today and played 45 minutes of up and down full court basketball. That was a workout. Probably doing that every Tuesday and Thursday morning from here on out.

Bench Press - 3x130,135, 4x145lbs.
Parallel Squat - 3x155,165, 5x175lbs.
Romanian Deadlift - 2x10, 95lbs.
Power Snatch - 2x5, 55lbs.

This is what I did today: - Box Squat - 5x175,185, 7x195lbs.
- Towel Bench - 5x140,145,155lbs.
- Glute/Ham Developer - 2x10.
- Lunges - 2x10, 20lbs.
- Push Press - 2x10, 55lbs.

Power Cleans - 5x95,100,110.
Hex Bar Deadlift - 5x180,190,210.
Military DB Press - 2x10, 35lbs.
Lat Pull Down - 2x10, 95lbs.
Upright Row - 2x10, 55lbs.

Towel Bench - 5x150, 3x160, 1x170lbs.
Lunges - 2x10, 25lbs.
Push Press - 2x10, 60lbs.

Nice work on your deadlift, making some nice strides there since mid april. I like the idea of the towel bench, generally I get in a squat rack and bench off the bottom rack, but that might be something to try. The only thing that I'm wondering is that when u set the bar on the towel it squishes it pretty good doesnt it? or do u just bring it to it slowly?

Thanks JGRIFF. To your question, I guess it depends on the towel... the "towel" we use doesn't really give at all. I'll see if I can locate it.
