Matt's "I am too fat" journal

Well Im back and am starting a new journal. I'd appriciate any comments or advice you have for me. Here is what Im starting tomarrow:

3 DAY SPLIT WORKOUT

Day 1-Chest and Back
1. Barbell Bench Press (3 Sets)
2. Front Lat Pulldown (2 Sets)
3. Barbell Incline Bench Press (3 Sets)

TOTAL: 14 Sets

Day 2-Cardio

6. Close Grip Bench Press (2 Sets)
7. Cable Reverse Curl (2 Sets)
TOTAL: 17 Sets

Day 6- Cardio
1. One Mile Run

Day 7- Rest

Its my first 3 day split so we'll see how it goes. My goals are basically to drop enough fat so that I feel comfortable wearing a tight tee-shirt again. I can wear them but I am amazingly self consiouse about my look and am uncomfortable. I am willing to lose muscle to get there and I dont do sports that require me to stay at one weight level (I play basketball and ski) so I dont care if I lose weight either, infact I'd be happy to. I currently like this girl Krysten, and Id like to be able to be able to have a decent body before I go for it. Not many people know im big cuz most of my fat goes straight to my gut and boobs, but I know it and it really f**** up my self confidence and has made this year hell. Well Ill stop bitching, and actually get sometihng done. If you actually read my whining, I thank you and encourage you to keep reading my journal and see how much progess I can make

Haha nice title for your journal. I know what you mean about being fat but most people not knowing. I used to be like that in high school. Good luck man, it looks like a good plan as long as you stick with it. Oh and by the time you get yourself all trim and man-pretty, you won't have to worry about getting just one girl, you'll have to fight them off. Good luck! :

Good luck man! Whats your current stats, and your goal?

When I started running 3 months ago I couldn't go for more than half a mile without slowing down. I thought I'd never be able to run a mile without stopping. Now, 3 mile runs are a breeze. Just give it time and push yourself
