Yes and my HR is always very high... When compared to pretty much everyone I speak to. On a typical run at a slow pace my HR is at 155 avg. Yesterday I spent MOST of the 12 miles in the 170s.

Bad news. And good news. early patellar Tendinitis or Stress Fractures... either way, 4 weeks off puts me out of my marathon! The good news is that I can get back to what I love... Being in the gym. My wife (now a PT) will be making a new workuot to mix it up a bit and cut my bf% down to a solid base. I am VERY excited. My wife has TOTALLY changed her body comp. I'll be posting a brag thread soon.

Get some before/after pics for your own motivation. Good luck cutting the BF, def. a good way to turn around a bad situation!

So today I started on a more endurance style workout regimen that included a lot of calisthenics and heart rate bursts. HOLY CRAP! I cannot believe how hard it all was. I can't lift up my arms. I'm actually having periodic spasms in my right pec. Suffice it to say, at the end I couldn't do more than 5 reps pressing 25lb DBs!
