Damn workout is looking good man. Strength is definitely impressive. Throwin' around the 90's for flat DB presses is definitely not easy. Nice work! :

I'm not trying to be an ass or anything, but if your max on the bench is 180, then how are you doing 90 lb DB's x 8 on flat? and 80 lb DB's x 8 on incline??

He probably used DB's long before he started doing bench press. It was the same with me. I was doing 80lb db's in each hand, but couldn't bench 160.

Maybe so, but were you doing it 8 times? Just doesnt seem reasonable to me.

Maybe by 90 lb db he means two 45 lb ones? That would explain why all his dumbell lifts were multiples of 10.

Anyways, that's a heck of a long workout, good job :.

Yes. I was doing DB for the longest time, than I started doing Benchpress and my total db's were heavier than my actual bench.

hehe yeah i meant both together.... it would be unlikely for someone who weighs 120 pounds to have 90 pound dumbells in each hand.... and yes it was a long workout but i don't think i overworked, i was really into it. i know those are weak dumbbell lifts but i am so used to barbell, so i figure i'll just do dumbell for now. and i think it will help me in the longrun. also, if i fail by accident, it doesn't get stuck on my chest and i can just drop the dumbells.

that would be so sweet if i could do that. the two dumbells together would be like twice my size so i would feel like the man. maybe in a few years once i get used to dumbells i will be able to. also, i go down below my chest with dumbells so maybe thats why its harder. dunno though.
