Ok the exams are over and so are the last few weeks of hell.
I have not trained in 4 weeks and lost close to a stone in weight so my target as you may guess is to bulk.
I am going with MaxOT mainly because of Todds beliefs in it and i think we are quite similar in trying toi
gain muscle he is juat at it longer and a lot better. Thus if I do badly i will be blaming him
I wish to gain the 12 pounds back in the first month and then gain a further 12 lbs in the next 10 weeks.
I will be on a high cal diet 4-5000 a day.
5 days Maxot weights, 3 days cardio 20 mins and 6 days physio exercises for my knee and
core strength building along with breathing exercises including hindu squats.
I have the time now to do this as well as able to get plenty of rest and thus this is my best opportunity to achieve this.
Tomorrow is my first day back and i will be doing chest.
