Almonds mainly as they are very calorie dense.
Supply a nice amount of protein when mixed with a meat or dairy source plus i am a big fan of good fats, slow release of energy dont spike my insulin and overall very healthy.
Often i might take peanuts, sunflower seed pumpkin seeds cashews but almonds are my favorite.
Thanks for the kind words.

You gained 60 lbs? If so, great job man! How tall are you? How long did it take you to gain all of that weight?

That tall and 120lb? I'm amazed you even walked into a gym. So many wouldn't. Apparently the decision to walk in and stay in was a good one.

209 x 5
220 x 5
lunges 55 x 8

knee extensions 132 x 8

Comments was weaker due to time off, lunges could only lift 50% of normal. Support did its job but today very sore knees at top of kneecap iced it when i got home going to strap it up today.
On a good note legs very sore today felt i was going to collapse during workout from fatigue as i hadnt done it in ages.

ok weighed myself today -first thing in morning after going to bathroom- 187 lbs up 4.2.
Not sure whats happening if i gained back the weight i lost in the week off or scales broke whatever but will know more next week.
Blow to workouts for the week there will be none. Have been getting shoulder problems the last while finally done it in on sunday. Went to chiropractor had pulled pec minor and fibres/nerves were all caught up pulling on rib cage and not healing.
Done some seriously painful therapy mannually freeing fibres and have to rest for week hopefully will be better then. Have physio appointment tomorrow as well
