Meaghans Diary.

Hi, my name is Meaghan & this is my journal :]

My current diet plan is as follows:

For Breakfast have a Carnation Breakfast Drink, or a handful of fruit, or 1 cup of cereal.

For lunch have tuna( without bread ), or 3 lunch meat rollups, or 1 cup of noodles.

For dinner have a lean cuisine meal.

My current goal is to lose 18 pounds by September 24th.

I don't dare weigh myself today ; last night I did horrible.

I think I'll wait until Wednesday to weigh myself.

Intake-
B-1 Handful of grapes
L- Tuna
D- TBA

I'm gonna tell you the same thing that everyone else is going to - you're not eating enough. If your goal is lose bodyfat, then you're not going to achieve your goals by near-starving yourself.

What's your current weight/height/age? What does your fitness routine consist of?

Hi Meaghan and welcome!

I'll chime in with the others on this. You need to eat a more balanced diet. Certainly weigh yourself to check your progress but there is no need to every day. once a week same time is fine for most people.

Are you doing any particular exercise regime along with your diet plan? You really should if you want to get the most out of your plan.

There are gigs of info on how to lose weight and get fit here on discuss fitness. You could search about eating plas how to get started and alternatives and substitutes when you run into problems.

We'll be here for support and opinions whenever you want to get started.
