My current diet plan is as follows:
For Breakfast have a Carnation Breakfast Drink,
or a handful of fruit,
or 1 cup of cereal.
For lunch have tuna( without bread ),
or 3
lunch meat rollups,
or 1 cup of noodles.
For dinner have a
lean cuisine meal.
My current goal is to
lose 18 pounds by September 24th.
I don't
dare weigh myself today ; last night I did
horrible.
I think I'll wait until Wednesday to weigh myself.
