Well, about 4 months ago I finally stepped it up and started hitting the gym with a consistency. Here is a video of where I am 4 months in. You can read the video description for further details. I am 18 years old, 5' 9 1/2", and weigh 178lbs. as of today. Any constructive criticism would be appreciated. My goal is to put on mass.
