thanks guys!
j2bryson, i know it is crazy to worry about jeans being tight! It is a tough adjustment though, for the longest time I could always get into a size zero jeans, and these days I haven't a hope it seems! Whenever I go looking at jeans I try on several pairs of size 0 and it only ends up making me depressed! However, in places like the Gap I can still get into a zero (sometimes too big!) but I find their clothing prices ridiculous.
Well I guess I need to suck it up and stop being a silly girl... so I am now a size TWO big deal lol
I weighed myself this morning and I was 107 so no weight gain at all from vacation.. how weird. I must have been eating 2500 on average some days a lot more. The last dinner out we had i had steak and fried potato wedges, with a giant piece of banoffi pie (OMG it was to die for) and two beers. Thats about the calories I eat generally in an entire day ha ha
ok enough rambling, I should get my act together and get out of here. I am dreading the gym as it is time to test my deadlift and I feel weak as a girl Plus my entire body aches from the last two workouts.

Hi minime,
Two nights ago my wife was telling me how she weighs the same but now her clothes are fitting extra baggy. She said if it gets any worse she'll start worrying about her skirt following off. I told her she should wear suspenders. I was able to put my first between the front of her skirt and her stomach.
She said the only thing she has been doing different lately is eating lots of fruits and vegetables. She has always been lean and drops weight very quickly when under stress. I don't think she is under stress.
I think Momma's food is the culprit for you. Woe you with your size 2 pants.

thanks minime! it feels great to be able to run that long. I am pretty sure it ends up being somewhere around 4 miles. like 4.10 or 4.15 something like that
EDIT: I don't think you should be concerned with wearing a size two! come on now! haha

Pierini, tell your wife to eat some BBQ pork ribs & cornbread... or invest in a safety pin! (the less delicious option)
talia, 4 miles is a very respectable distance to run nonstop, good job!
j2bryson, i know it is silly and many girls would kill to be a size two! I am just ridiculous of course.
Had a poor deadlift day... I was hoping to hit double bw but not even close! I felt terribly weak, in every part of my workout today. The warmup killed me.
Thursday February 21st
Warmup CFWUx2 (kipping pullups 12, 7, 5), half mile run
Deadlift 65x5, 95x5
singles 135-155-165-185-195F-190
WOD
4 rounds for time of:
400m run
50 squats
12:04
I managed to maintain overhand grip for deadlifts right up to the 165 so I thought I was doing great! Perhaps 20# was too big of a jump, or maybe my previous 200# deadlift was not correct due to the different gym equipment. 190 definitely felt like my max today! Crossfit workout was ok.. I wasn't even going to do it at all but in the end I figured what the hell! Wasted a lot of time with treadmill starting up/slowing down but to be honest I don't think I could have shaved off much on a track, it killed me!
poor performance on my kipping today, I had the camera running and was hoping for a PR but no such luck. My blister broke and that affected me, but also I was just not on top form today!
I spent about 20 minutes afterwards stretching and foam rolling, I needed it. It hurts so bad to foam roll my IT bands, they are so tight it almost makes me yell out! Felt better afterwards, I need to do that more often.

thanks j2bryson! I know its crazy, a few months ago I would have killed for 12 now I am complaining! It was just an off day. I did much better yesterday!
Went to crossfit class last night for the first time in weeks! I wasn't feeling very strong as it was day 4 in a row and my body seems very tired and sore. I knew it would be Lynne though so I was happy there was no leg stuff! (legs are in bits from the 200 squats yesterday)
Friday February 22nd
CFWU, jump rope, 500m row in 2:18
"Lynne"
Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Note: used 85 rounds 1&2, tweaked shoulder and switched to 75#
5/22
2/9
10/13
7/6
6/11
Not doing such a good job with keeping my pullup numbers consistent, but WOOHOO For the PR of 22 reps! I wish I could have gotten that one on camera! I think I have more in me when the blister heals and I file down my horrible callouses.
Did nothing after, just talking to Steve with Chris about the zone etc. He commented that I have definitely gained some muscle since he first met me, I wasn't sure whether to be offended or not! He said 'she may look thin now but not compared to when I first met her' or something to that effect. Like, I have become huge or something! jeez I've only gained like 3-4#
Chris said she wants to lose some weight and we encouraged her to get on the zone. She said 'today I ate 6 lindt truffles and a chocolate mousse...' mmmm

Nice photos mimine, thanks for sharing. I hope to visit Ireland one day.
That's the biggest leprechaun I have ever seen in the second photo, and he isn't wearing green. What gives?

hehe pierini, he is quite gigantic. We look ridiculous together, i like to think of him as a very slimming accessory!
thanks jdr, the pullups felt awesome!
seraph, that workout looks killer, i don't think I could finish it to be honest! I really want to give it a try but I am thinking i should rest tomorrow... we'll see how I feel!
Saturday February 23rd
game of squash with erik (not very taxing at all.. he's terrible )
1.5 mile run on treadmill in 10:58
Sunday February 24th
Snowboarding! We had a party to go to on Saturday so we couldn't go up til last night, and only got one day in. It felt awesome though! I am happy to say I have finally graduated from the green trails, and went down a number of blues and even some black diamonds! Everything was groomed so it was a good day for it. I still stay away from anything with an 'ungroomed/thin cover' sign. My legs are killing me now!
We went for dinner tonight on our way back and I had a super good meal, though I ate too much! I was ravenous though from snowboarding.
Bread & Butter
Garden Salad
Spit-Roasted Half Chicken & BBQ Ribs
Brocolli, Carrots, Squash
Apple crumble with Caramel Ice Cream
Water to drink
I am still stuffed right now! I didn't finish my main course as that is just too much meat for me, but I gave it a good shot! the ribs were amazing. Meaty and tender, and a delicious sauce with a kick!
And all that for $17 (except the dessert that is extra) that is good value in my book.
I feel like I should take a rest day but then I also feel like I want to try this 'eva' workout that looks horrific! I will see how I feel tomorrow. I have two job interviews in the morning and am feeling a bit nervous! Also I have to get up too early for my liking (7am) to beautify myself and get down town.
So good night to all, I must go to bed!
