stencil- Haha, that's not possible man. I cannot stop going to the damn gym no matter what. I am going to be having a hard enough time tomorrow taking a rest day. We'll see what happens.

Damn, not feeling so great today. My friggin' flu symptoms combined with too much alcohol and sh*tty sleep really don't add up to much. Whatever. Still managed to have a very good back session this afternoon. Set some PR's, too, so I am not complaining.

Back day!

Support Rows:

2 Plates x 10
3 Plates x 10
4 Plates x 10
5 Plates x 10!
6 Plates x 3
3 Plates x 20!

Some f*ckin' great sets here today. Hit a new PR with five 45's for 10 here today. Very intense set. Focus was awesome, along with my back contractions, etc. Then I tried six 45's which was just f*ckin' stupid. Used a bit too much body English on that set. Dropped down to 3 plates for 20! Not really a PR but that's a ton of reps for me, and I was friggin' drained.

CG Cable Rows:

185 x 10
215 x 10
245 x 10!
275 x 5

Nice PR with 245, very very intense set. No complaints here today. Midback really was toasted nicely with these sets.

Nautilus Pullovers:

Dropset-
220 x 8
190 x 6
160 x 6
130 x 6

Not much to say here. Lats were DONE. This just f*cking killed them, along with my serratus.

Seated Calf Raises:

4 Plates x 25
4 Plates x 25
4 Plates x 25
4 Plates x 25
4 Plates x 25

Eh, just because I hadn't trained them in a while. Whatever.

Diet- Sh*tty... too much beer, omg, WAY too much beer last night. Even though it was light I still drank way too much. Felt dehydrated. Today I am friggin' guzzling water. I have drank so much it's not even funny. Yesterday I had a few turkey & cheese sandwiches, a tuna sub, a Balance Gold bar, etc. That was about it before I went out drinking. Had a good time though, so that's what's important I guess.

Sleep- 2 hours? No energy. Took a brief 30 minute nap too, pathetic. Need to make up for it tonight.

Today at the gym I weighed 216.5 lbs. This was clothed, after taking a leak, in case anyone is curious. I want to get to a steady weight before starting my S1+ the next few days. All I know is that I have been hovering right around 216-219 lbs. lately.

Monstar, don't stress over going out and having a good time. That's what life's all about. Besides, you get to go show off those muscles. I went out lat night as well, had a blast, came home, hydrated, and went to the gym today. All is well.

MAURER- I don't know how that's possible man, the people in your school must have some pretty weak bench numbers... Thanks man.

stencil- Yeah I try to keep everything in moderation. I mean going out is one thing, but I take it a bit too far I think. 2 hours sleep? I mean that's just ridiculous I am sorry. It would be different if I had a few drinks and then just called it a night. I don't know what my problem is. Whatever.

Arith- Thanks man, I really hope so too. It's not that I feel all that bad it's just that I have this cough/cold/flu thing going on that's kind of hindering my gains some. I am most likely going to be starting my S1+ tomorrow or Tuesday and I really don't like the idea of being sick slowing me down, etc. We'll see what happens I guess. Thanks for chiming in man.

Jen- Yeah, 2 hours of lousy sleep. Damn was I exhausted yesterday. I don't know what the f*ck happened. All of the sudden out of nowhere I was just drained. It didn't hit me until later on. Yeah I did manage to have a good back workout somehow, don't ask me how though!

Rest day.

Took a rest day today, just because I needed it. I am sick, and I have been training non-stop. I know that once I start my S1+ I am really going to want to train all the time so I need to take this rest day beforehand. I am going to be cutting out ephedrine starting today. I have been having some 'male' problems lets say lately (lack of sex drive, etc.) and I really think that it may be because of my continued use of epehdrine for the past 5-6 years or so. I never really gave my body a break from it. I know it sounds crazy but I just loved how my workouts went, and how it made me feel, etc.

Diet- So far so good. Last night it wasn't that bad at all. Maybe a little low in calories if anything. This morning I had a big MRP with 1% milk and a banana so far. I am always starving on my rest days, for whatever reason. But today, without ephedrine, I am friggin' STARVING. Had the MRP for breakfast, then had a 1/2 sandwich, then another 1/2 sandwich and an apple, then a tuna sub, and now I am still hungry. It's going to be a long night...

Ate a pint of low-carb Ben & Jerry's ice-cream, LOL. I really shouldn't have, because this stuff f*cks with my stomach, but I absolutely love it. The entire thing was 720 calories, 20g protein, 36g sugar alcohols, 16g fiber, 52g fat. Oh well.

Ended up taking around 4,500 calories in today or so. Definitely a high-calorie day. I am most likely starting my S1+ tomorrow though, so I am going to have to eat up on a regular basis.

WOW. Did I say 4,500 calories? LOL, that was before I went out to play pool and then to godd*mn Denny's. At Denny's I had a salad and a grilled chicken and cheese sandwich. But then the girl I was with got sick and I had to eat 1/2 of her ham & cheese & egg sandwich thing. And I also ate about a 1/2 pint of REAL ice-cream. I am probably a lot closer to 6,500 calories.

Did I say 6,500 calories? F*ck no, I didn't stop there. I went and ate 4 regular size candybars, a pack of cookies, and some vitamin D whole milk. Make that closer to 8,500+ calories. I am completely out of control without ephedrine, holy f*ck. I am even more lethargic, and my appetite is completely insane. I am really really looking forward to starting S1+ tomorrow or Tuesday. I need to get my diet in f*cking order and eat a lot of clean food.

Sleep- 9 hours.

Food is your friend. Much better friend than ephedrine would ever be. Eat up, your body will equalize everything.

Take a rest there Monstar. I'll make you a deal. I'll give you some of my slackerness and you give me some of your complete dedication.

As for being sick. It can be very bad to workout. If you can't get yourself to stop ... remember this... If you strain your muscles too much, you will actually stunt your gains.

If you absolutely have to work out. Warm up well and do less reps / sets.
