start training immediately dana! even if its not structured, do something : it will mean that on march 5th you will have a little less to lose in the 12 week period

Thanks minime I hope I reach them to. I'd like to be 111 by June 11th. I hope I can do it. I have a feeling I'm not going to loose any weught the first month....but usually my gut is right. Maybe its a self-fulfilling prophecy thing? lol idk.

Anyways I am not going to have too much time to post over the next 2 weeks because I have an exam to take that I have to do mucho studying for and then I have the great luxury of having to shaparon a high school trip all the way upstate NY for a few days. Just didn't want you guys to think I bailed!lol I'll try to post when I can!:

I'm kind of nervous about my diet when I go upstate because I can bring nuts and bras??? most of the stuff I eat is fresh and needs to be refrigerated?

hi dana.

i'm assuming you mean bars not bras? yeah take some nuts (almonds really seem to fill me up) some bars, dried fruit, apples, banannas, can you take whey protein powder? you can add that to bottled water and shake for some quick protein...if you want to be really hard core grab some cans of tuna...you can eat it stright outta the can!

hey dana, good look with that exam! Take some healthy snacks like gymgirl suggested, but im sure wherever u are you can get stuff anyway like fruit etc to snack on.

Hey don't think I quit I've just been super busy and just got back from Frost Valley. We got snowed in up there! It felt like the longest week of my life. I will certainly try and update more.
