Week two.
4 workouts full speed, weights are going up and up on my back and sholders.
I had to cut the suppliments all week the 2 X creatine is causing mood swings, but only during the workout, I mean like almost 20 minutes after I take the stuff I almost start to cry, no reason at all it almost is like water leakage, best way to describe it. Breath gets a little light, the last day I cut down to the normal dose and it fells just fine no problems what so ever.
(Ok I hate the taste of the stuff and I can't mix it with anything except
grape juice or milk, I tried water one day when I killed the bottle of juice and almost kicked the stuff back up._
Weight is back to the original ~177 or so. I did see one day where it dropped as low as 173 at night but I think it was a scale fluke and not a normal reading.
Really can see some results now, at least with a skin pinch, definite improvement in the arms and legs, the abs are going nowhere, I can feel a little hardingin up but they are covered up with fat so no dice on them showing up any time soon, at least not in a form I will be happy with.
This week found a real cool sight with all kinds of muscle and excercise tech. got some real nice chest tone stuff and have made it part of the woorkout. This week I went to a different style of training though. Base workout and then working on one of three things, abs, sholders, lower arms. All areas I need desperate help with.

I have been having trouble with the suppliments but have gotten it figured out, I have seen some huge improvements in the time and intensity of my workouts with the creatine, I can go almost another full hour full steam with the creatine but only at 2 x dose. 1 x seems to have a effect but not as much, when I take it I see a lot of swelling in the muscle but by the end of the night its back down. My water consumtion goes through the roof with the stuff and I sweat like nothing else when I take it. All of which I was expecting but nothing to the degree that I see.

Also I am having trouble with the cardio part of the workout. I dropped it down quite a bit during the second week so as not to detroy my gains in the workout, I am definitly getting thinner in the arms and the legs but the abdomin area its looking well out of shape. So I believe a big cardio push for a while might be what I need to get myself going down there. Any clus as to what this will do to my weightlifting gains.
