For the next 12 weeks I am going to be bulking.
I am going to be eating plently of clean foods, - chicken, pasta, bread, tuna, cereals, eggs etc...
here is my
workout routine
mon - chest/abs
tues- back
wed - should
thur - rest /abs
fri - arms
sat - legs
sun - rest /abs
I take creatine and protein powders post workout
I am going to cut for about 6 weeks depening on how it goes, but may be more.
I am going to get before photos and post them up in the next few days and then ill show you an after photo in 3 months, i might be a little bit fatter around the stomach but the
cutting cycle will take care of that.
The only real question i have is should i be doing no cardio at all? the only cardio i am thinking about doing is walking to the gym which takes 10 mins or so and back because its the only method of getting there or i could ride? what do you think? thanks.
