Ahh yes thanks for your input bro. It's kinda strange because I know I can squat and deadlift just about as much as most people that workout in my gym, but I can't touch them when it comes to other excercises like leg and bench press.
I know my leg press seems pretty pathetic when it compared to yours bro, but I'm really going all out
Anway, I hate falling into the trap of obsessing over poundages, after my cycle I'm gonna stop training like a bodybuilder and start training like a rugby-player which means more power-based stuff for me.

How much longer are you going to be juicing? Also, haven't noticed any updates on side effects. I assume all is going well?

Yeah Jock i wasn't complaining about your weights man, just a bit curious. i understand that football players train differently, more explosive and for power not necessarily strength.
keep putting in your all and i can't wait to see your after pics in a little whiles.

Bench Press
2x10 @ 110lbs
4x6 @ 154lbs
Incline DB Press
2x10 @ 33lbs
4x6 @ 66lbs
Incline Flyes
2x10 @ 27.5lbs
4x6 @ 50lbs
Skullcrushers
2x10 @ 22lbs
4x6 @ 44lbs
Weighted Tricep Dips (Modified)
4x8 @ 55lbs
Not a bad session, I may start upping the reps. It seems my gym doesn't have any 55lb dumbells which really sucks as I can't up the weight on my incline flyes, also I feel I could handle more weight on the incline press but my forearms seem to fail before my actual chest does.
I think I know why my bench sucks now....I haven't trained my abs directly for over a year now which may be the problem, a guy next to me was benching 330lbs for reps with damn good form, makes you think man!
Brewsky: Today was the start of week 6 so I only have 2 weeks left , the acne on my back seems to have totally cleared up thanks to the vitamin B5 Fudo suggested I take (thanks Fudo ) I asked for a solution on the main juicer boards and I got told to take everything from Accutane to Dandelion Oil! I really don't know if my water retention has subsided, I feel bloated (my waist is up to 34"!) but I don't know if it's fat that I've gained or just excess water, I'll guess I'll find out post cycle  I really haven't done enough cardio as I've been busy/ill, but I will commit to it now as I'm gonna do plenty after I'm done, and I wanna start of on a level playing field.
Jay`: I understand bro, I'll never be the biggest or strongest guy in the gym, but like you say I will give it my all and see what happens. I'll start training more explosivley as soon as I'm done.
I've decided to run Nolvadex instead of Clomid for my post cycle, Clomid has a horrid reputation for making you feel like crap coughs/cold/lethargy, and I just don't wanna deal with that sh*t especially during such a difficult time. As it turned out, I am not gyno prone so I didn't have any need to use the nolva, it is a lot more pleasant than clomid and does virtually the same thing.
I've also decided on cycling Clenbuterol and and ECA (2 weeks on/off)immediatley after my last shot, both of these are anti-catabolic as they block the cortisol receptor sites. Fat-loss is also on my mind !

hey, just a little curious about you feeling ill and lethargic, i don't want to jump to assumptions but have you had any liver function tests?
last year my liver test was out of whack, the doctors kept asking if i was taking steroids because i had similar readings to what users apparently have and i was sick as a dog for a month.
i think it could be worthwhile having checked out, its simply a blood test. you could just explain you feel like you have a virus and he will run the blood tests for checks.

Deadlifts
2x10 @ 132lbs
4x6 @ 264lbs
Chins
4xRM
Cable Rows
2x10 @ 44lbs
4x6 @ 110lbs
Trap Machine Raises
2x10 @ 110lbs
4x6 @ 187lbs
Dumbell Rows
2x10 @ 33lbs
4x6 @ 68lbs
Tried a set of dumbell pullovers which felt great, may substitute them for the cable rows, that I find very hard to get a burn from.
Thanks for your thoughts Jay, I had the flu for about a week, which dissappeared a few days ago, apart from that I feel great. I will however get my blood pressure checked after I've finished, as my water retention could be sign of problems in that area.
I'm now gearing-up for post-cycle, it's an amazing feeling being on, but everything has to come to and end. A properly planned post-cycle will keep muscle loss to a minimum. My main worry is probably the inevitable loss in ehthusiasm, at the moment I live for the gym and when I'm not lifting I'm either thinking about it or eating !
As I said before, I will cycle Clenbuterol and an ECA as soon as my last shot is done. I will follow my usual cutting diet split: 50% Protein 30% Carbs 20% Fat but I will eat a maintainence number of calories. I'm now entering a period of uncertainty as I have to get a job because buying and eating so much food has totally cleaned me out of cash, and pre-season rugby training is here so I may have to eat more calories, simply because of this.
My weight is up to 190lbs from a start of 168lbs, which is amazing. I'm so pleased about this, but I remain cautious because I know I can lose all of this if I let my diet get sloppy or start overtraining.

Not bad....haven't done shoulders or biceps for a while so I was a little rusty. Had a bit of a problem with my jab this morning, I injected as normal and when I took the needle out very slowly a load of blood starting p*ssing out of my ass cheek! I may have hit something because I sneezed when I was injecting but nevermind alls well now.

Wow, another great session. The weather is awesome at the moment, sunny/hot etc so I probably lost a ton of water through sweating, but I'm currently in the process of rehydrating. I don't bother wearing a belt anymore for squatting and deadlifting, so my lower back is a lot less painful after sets.
It dawned on me today how serious about this cycle I really am, it was a saturday today and the weather is hot, everyone is outside partying/drinking and I'm in an empty gym sweating buckets doing ass-busting squats. I don't know why I'm complaining because I LOVE it, this is all I'm living for at the moment!

Another good workout, I gotta a job interview tommorrow and my pre-season rugby training also starts. I just hope I get the job and don't struggle with the rugby, I know it will be pretty tough and I'm not at my fittest but I think I can get through it.

Once again, I have a few quick questions to bother you guys with =).
1) When gyno first appears during a cycle, do you completely stop the roids, and add the nolva or prov? Or do you just take the nolva and prov along with the juice? How often do you take the nolv?
2) Does the gyno go away once you start the nolv? Or does it stay there, just not too noticably?
3) If a person has gyno while going on a cycle, do they just do the nolv if the gyno becomes more pronounced?
4) Can you just use nolva throughout the cycle? I realize that it would lead to less muscle gain due to the reduced water retention thats caused by the estrogen, but it seems that would be alot less risky.
That's about it for now =).
Thanks for any help you can give me

Ok I'll try as best as I can with these.
1) There is no need to stop your cycle unduly, however you should start your anti-e's without delay. Nolvadex and Proviron are very good but there are others out there (Armidex, Femara etc) that are great too. (The dosage for Nolvadex is 20-40mg a day and Proviron is 25-50mg a day split a.m and p.m)
2) Ok, you should never wait for gyno to actually APPEAR, you should look for the signs of the ONSET of gyno (puffy/itchy/sore/lumpy nipples) and start your anti-e's straight away.
3) Once again, you should never wait for gyno to appear, if you notice these sides you should start with these therapies right away. If you have natural gyno then your best bet would be run Nolva @ 20mg throughout your cycle.
4) Yes you can.....there is a big debate whether or not Nolva cuts into your gains. I don't believe it does, but personally I'm not really bothered about a little water retention. This will dissappear once I come off and will probably reduce even more during my post- cycle therapy as I'm using Nolva.
Hope this helps, Jock

Are you losing enthusiam Jock? I know when I try to cut with a fat burner, I get tired of the side effects after a while and say to hell with it. Don't get me wrong, I don't feel unsafe or anything, but when I use a fatburner I have to piss a lot more, there is pressure on my prostate, blah blah. Are you going through that too, or are you just loving every minute of it?
