Bro, just a question, but why not start at 5000cal ? 3000cal aint gonna do as much for you in those earlier weeks as 5000 would.... but you know what your doing just wondered if there was a reason for that ?

Yeah sure, well I figured that if I jump straight into 5000 cals a day my body will start storing fat which I don't want.
I'm currently eating around 2500-2800 cals per day and such a dramatic jump will end up in a lot of fat storage.

Well bro thanks for asking to hear my view, I will be following your progress all the way and will be here if you need me, to be honest it's quite impressive you have the ratio's down to a T if I had to make an adjustment I would bump up the protein and take down the fat by 10% and maybe knock a few percent off carbs and add it to protein, but thats if I had to make a criticism..... I think you will do well you know, by the way....by the time you read this you will have mail, you know which account yus? Check it out......
Catch you around, bro.

Funnily enough I was thinking about this; 40% Carb 40% Protein 10% Fat.
I'm not really sure about what to do, I'll guess for now I'll stick with what I've got and evaluate the results after a week/10 days or so.

Thanks for the kind words Lee, and you're right, getting 'on' is just about all I can think about at the moment!
I'm currently looking at running a short clen/eca cycle after my clomid therapy, both as an anti-catabolic and a cutter.
Thanks, Jock

There has been a slight change in my cycle:

500mg Testex (Test Cypionate)
300mg Deca
I will keep everything else the same.

Hey Fellas
My cycle starts on Monday 2nd June, I will run the above cycle for 8 weeks, this is what I have to work with.
My Official 'Before' Stats:
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 168lbs
Bodyfat: 17%
Waist: 32.2"
Chest: 37.5"
Quads: 22"
Arms: 14"
Like I said before I will consume 3000 calories a day in week 1. I will increase my cals by 500 each week until I am eating around 5000 a day.

First Jab
Hey people, well it's official, I have crossed over to the 'Dark Side'! I shot 150mg of Deca and 250mg Test Cyp into my left glute this morning. I used a 22g 1.5" pin
The whole procedure was very easy, aspiration was simple, nothing but a few bubbles entered the barrell so I went ahead and injected. I felt a slight buzz when the gear went in (heart racing, adreniline pumping etc)
I'm eating 3000 cals this week plenty of bread, pasta etc because of the higher amounts carbs in my diet, I did chest and tris yesterday and I've got legs tommorrow.

Hehehe, legs tomorrow huh ? Make sure you give that glute of yours a nice massage tonight, I'll be willing to bet you will feel it in the morning if you dont.....I wouldn't know, but trust me Your gonna love squats, I'll bet. Where you gonna stick yourself next ? Glute again ? Good luck, keep pumping.
