are you nuts steroids aren't the way


don't you know many people have died from using them. if you want to get big eat lots of tuna and protein shakes and lift hard.

Good Luck man! (Crazy Euro's who say bro a lot!). Teenpumper, he has obviously done a lot of research and he is well-informed of the side-effects and everything that goes with it. Although it may not be a choice you would make, I'm sure Jock is well-educated in the matter and isn't going into this blind.

But Jock, I'm gonna make more gains than you anyways! (Haha)

Hey Fellas

Just completed my first full workout while 'on', today it was back.

Deadlifts
2x10 @ 132lbs
2x6 @ 242lbs

Chin-Ups
4xRM (6 approx)

Seated Rows
2x10 @ 66lbs
2x6 @ 110lbs

Trap Machine-Raise
2x10 @ 50lbs
2x6 @ 176lbs

Dumbell Raises
2x10 @ 40lbs
2x6 @ 66lbs

The workout was great, felt a great pump. No obvious increase in strength but I definitely felt psyched. Deadlifts were easy, may increase the weight next week

Diet

At a maintenence level of 3000 cals this week, increasing to 3500 cals next week.

Yea you should be lifting like 500lbs for deadlifts! Haha ask Lee if you can borrow his weights, with his like 20 little 25lb(or whatever) weights those are on each side.

Looking forward to the progress.

Well I haven't done deads for several weeks, a lower back injury in a rugby match put paid to them.

Thankfully I'm fully recovered now and I could start upping the weight, yesterdays workout was more of a test, where deads were concerned.

My second workout while on the gear, again maybe a little boost but nothing outrageous just yet.

Shoulders & Biceps

Shoulder Press
2x10 @ 33lbs
2x6 @ 55lbs

Lateral Raises
2x10 @16.5lbs
2x6 @ 27.5lbs

Upright Rows
2x10 @ 22lbs
6x2 @ 66lbs

Preacher Curls
2x10 @ 22lbs
2x6 @ 44lbs

Standing Bicep Curls
2x10 @ 22lbs
2x6 @ 44lbs

Second jab today, this time in the right glute, the jab was a little more painful than mondays but after plenty of massage it is less numb.

The weights aren't massive just yet I'm really gonna start balls-to-the-wall next week.
