Today was my first leg workout, it was hard.
Squats
2x12 @ 132lbs
2x8 @ 242lbs
Straight-Leg Deadlifts
2x10 @ 110lbs
2x8 @ 198lbs
Leg Presses
2x10 @ 110lbs
2x8 @220lbs
This one was good, but very hard. I started to feel light-headed after the Deads so only I did Leg Presses after. I'm currently wondering if I should add donkey calf-raises or some leg extensions. If anyone has any input, please fire away, I'm always open to suggestions and constructive criticism.

It's funny you ask that Jay, as my shoulder workout did not hurt as much as it normally did. Plus my left shoulder doesn't feel as irritable as it normally does, it's probably the Deca.

yeah thats good, have you got plans to up the volume or to train parts more frequently?
i was thinking you might be able to push a bit harder with less chance of overtraining.

Yeah well, I trained two days in a row yesterday and today, something I'd never do when training naturally. I plan to keep my reps low but mixed between 4-6 for upper body and between 6-8 for lower body, while trying to up the weights all the time.
Bench Press
2x10 @110lbs
2x6 @ 143lbs
Incline Dumbell Press
2x10 @ 39lbs
2x6 @ 66lbs
Incline Flyes
2x10 @ 33lbs
2x6 @ 50lbs
Skullcrushers
2x10 @ 22lbs
2x6 @ 44lbs
Seated Overhead Dumbell Raises
2x10 @ 22lbs
2x6 @ 60lbs
My bench is crap and always has been, but I'm not really concerned with getting a massive bench like some people. Felt more of a strength increase during the workout. BTW in the last 6 days I've gained 9lbs!!!!!

Thanks Lee, I guess most of it must be water weight but I damn happy anyway!

I'm wondering a little about the way you set up your workouts. Seems like you do 2 sets of moderate reps and 2 sets of fairly low reps. Seems a little low on sets for a steroid routine (speaking from experience although I never took Deca). I also found that really low reps were easier than moderate reps when I cycled back in the days. Just something to think about. (But back then I didn't think twice about doing 12 sets of squats so...)

You store lots more creatine and glycogen on test. If you didn't take an anti-aroma then estrogen will have you hold a little water too.

Fudo, I'm saving the Nolvadex until gyno rears it's ugly head, I'm not bothered about water retention or bloating and Armidex was far too expensive.
Ebon thanks for your input, I have only recently switched to this type of training (most of my existing routine was moderate reps eg 8-10 for nearly always 3 sets) I'm enjoying it as I now have the energy after the initial warm-up sets to go all out on the heavy work sets.
Do you think I should add another heavy work set? Your input as always would be appreciated.
Thanks, Jock

Agree with Ebon, here. I did take Deca on the few occasions I juiced and I upped the number of sets considerably. I preferred to err on the side of "overtraining". No problems with recovery....the juice took care of that
Of course I'm not saying train as you want while juiced....Just what worked for me.

I'm saying you could probably do two more heavy work sets. Add one for this week and another next week, you should be able to handle it. Remember, stimulation is king when it comes to steroids since the recovery part is pretty much taken care of. Also, make sure to seriously up your protein intake. Your protein metabolism will be much more efficient on the 'roids.

Sounds great. I was just filling in details. I just have a pet peve against the mysterious "water weight".
