Yeah, that figures. I'm glad because I've just had my 3rd shot and there is still no sign of gyno.
I'm thinking of adding another heavy set to my routines, while still keeping the reps the same.

Hope it stays like that. My second cycle was test and deca....didn't even know about Nolva back then. Didn't get gyno, either.

Well I've got plenty of Nolvadex for the Test, and Proviron if the Deca causes and progresterone-related gyno.
Today was my second back workout, I started adding extra heavy sets where they were applicable.
Deadlifts
2x10 @132lbs
2x6 @ 264lbs
Chin-Ups
4xRM (6 approx)
Seated Cable Rows
2x10 @ 44lbs
3x6 @ 100lbs
Trap Machine-Raise
2x10 @ 110lbs
3x6 @ 176lbs
Dumbell Raises
2x10 @ 40lbs
3x6 @ 66lbs
Not a great workout but I've had worse, didn't sleep too well last night plus I fell down some steps outside my house causing the bottle of shower gel in my gym bag to burst covering everything! I could feel the rage coming on so I decided to put it to use in the gym.
3rd jab was yesterday, I'm getting used to them and I actually look forward to them now!

Yeah man. I don't know much about steroids, but I would be KILLING myself If I was taking them. I dunno, I would probably be doing like 5 sets of db bench for chest, for example like 60x10, 65x8, 70x6, 75x4, 80x2. Might not be the right way to do it, but I would think you would need to just annihalate your muscles man. I wouldn't worry to much about doing light sets on the core exercises. Just use lighter weight on the isolation exercises maybe? Just throwing my 2 cents in.
Hope all goes well!

Shoulder Press
2x20 @ 33lbs
3x6 @ 50lbs
Upright Rows
2x10 @ 22lbs
3x6 @ 66lbs
Lateral Raises
2x10 11lbs
3x6 @ 22lbs
Preacher Curls
2x10 @ 22lbs
3x6 @ 44lbs
Standing Bicep Curls
3x5 @ 44lbs
Not bad, it was empty in the gym so I could get on with it. Cranked up my cals to 3500 per day, I've just started using N-Large 2. I take 1 scoop with 150ml of milk with meals.
Still no sign of gyno (touch wood) but I seem to have a bit of an acne breakout on my back which is a bit of a bitch, if anyone has any ideas on how to treat acne I'm all ears.
Later, Jock

You can take around 4,500 mg of B5. Seems to work well, but it's a pain.
Sun works nicely too.

Thanks Fudo, what exactly is B5 I've never heard of it before, where can I get it? It's funny you said sun because I've just come in from outside from catching a few rays!

Vitamin B5, aka Panthothenic Acid. Should be at your local grocery/hippie store.

Bro you have no idea what you are talking about, I am willing to listen to anyones opinion as long as they have some idea, you my friend obviously don't. I've researched (for about 18 months) and thought long and hard before taking the decision to use steroids, I know what I'm doing.
Personally I couldn't give a flying f**k if I'm a natural lifter or not. I'm not gonna stop because you told me to if you don't agree with what I'm doing don't read my journal.
BTW Thanks for the info, Fudo thats a big help.

will you stop if i tell you to....
Well glad to hear everything is still going well. A friend of mine when he use to take it says that where he use to inject it the skin became hard in that area. What the hell would that be caused from ?
Keep up the good work and keep us posted.

Two possible causes: scar tissue buildup or collagen growth. Since you should be injecting in soft areas the collagen theory seems less likely (although it has been known to happen). Scar tissue is self-explanatory. It will usually be the result of repeated injections, especially if the user isn't very adept at handling the needle.
I think Teenpumper needs to seriously re-evaluate the use of (anabolic) steroids. I personally wouldn't take it anymore but that's because of two things. First I didn't like the agressive tendencies that most gear cause; second, the black market stuff (where you have to get yours these days) is nothing like it was a few years ago. Way too much crap and counterfeit stuff in circulation.
How's the workouts going Jock? Adding the extra sets? I'm sure you notice that they don't really bother recovery at all.

Yeah sounds like your friend suffered from excess scar tissue or maybe even an abcess. He was probably using a needle gauge that was too big.
Ebon thanks for your interest, you were right I can push harder and for longer now I'm on the gear, I've added extra sets to several excercises and I'm currently evaluating whether or not I will add another.
One query.....I currently only do 2 sets of VERY heavy weights on the compound movements Bench Press, Deadlift, Squat etc would I benefit more if I added another set to these excercises?
Teenpumper, bless him.....I think his heart is in the right place but he's just another product of society's anti-steroid attitudes.
On the contrary, I've been in far better moods now I'm on, my housemates have commented on how much more cheerful I am, I doubt this will last though once I come off and the lifts start going down I'm sure I will be a little irratable
