Man, I know pretty much nothing about steroids, but this counterfeit stuff, could they just be putting water in viles? B/c that would be super dangerous... + how do you go about finding out if your gear is safe or not? I don't plan to take steroids.. but it seems super dangerous with counterfeits being in the market..

Hey Jock, I notice you live in the UK too, you don't have to answer this but.. im just wondering who do you get your gear off (im not asking names lol) is it some contact that you met? If so how did you meet him/her?

Im interested in how this whole "underground" network works.

There are numerous places on the net where you can check to see if your gear is legit.

There is no 'underground network' as such, but I'll say this, if you live in the U.K and you want to get steroids you don't have to look very hard.

Hey Jock, I just wanted to wish you good luck with the cycle... I also had a couple questions for anyone who would care to answer them. How often do you actually "shoot up"? You say you're on your fourth shot, yet it seems like you've been doing it for about 2 weeks now. Also, have you seen any noticable gains in muscle / strength yet? Or have I misunderstood the whole thing, and even with steroids it takes a couple months before results are visible?

Safe or not is a question of your medical history combined with what you intend to take and what effects it will have on your body. As for spottoing fakes, this gets harder all the time as the counterfeit stuff looks very much like the real thing in packaging and so on. The best way is to read up on this stuff. There are a few books (probably sites as well) that delve into this deeper than I intend to do here. Most of the time counterfeit injectables are just sterile water.

Jock: I think you can wait another week or so (depending on cycle length) and then add more heavy sets. I think it's best to err on the side of too much when you're on gear simply because we beat ourselves silly with the threat of overtraining when we're natural. It's hard to let that nagging doubt ("I mustn't overtrain") in the back of your mind go but the rules are entirely different once you're on the gear.

JDO3 Thanks for your interest in my cycle, I inject every Monday and Thursday morning. I use a 21g 1.5" needle to draw, and a 22g 1.5" needle to 'shoot' I have done 4 shots so far alternating between glutes. I want to try a quad jab but I think 3.5cc is too much to inject into the legs.

I have seen great progress, so far I have gained around 14lbs, most of it is probably just water retention but I have seen solid (if unspectacular) progress in the gym. I'm only on the 11th day of my cycle and things are going great. I ould've added D-bol to my cycle but I didn't want to blow up too fast. I have had no feelings of the so-called 'roid-rage' (I actually feel much more calm and relaxed), my balls are fine (although I do expect some shrinking ) the only side effect I've noticed so far is a slight breakout of acne on my back, and increased erections

Leg day today wooooaaah:

Squats
2x10 @ 132lbs
3x6 @ 242lbs

Straight-Leg Deadlifts
2x10 @ 110lbs
3x6 @ 220lbs

Leg Presses
2x10 @ 88lbs
3x6 @ 242lbs

Leg Extensions
2x10 @ 33lbs
3x6 @ 66lbs

What can I say another awesome workout, I'm sure I feel it tommorrow.

Sorry Fudo my fault, I've been doin everthing in kilograms so I must have messed up the conversion. I've actually gained 14lbs not 22!

Depending on how sensitive you are to steroids, visible results can be seen within a WEEK of the first shot. That's what make juicing so attractive. The quick fix syndrome......and the top-of-the-world feeling.
