Do you take the clen straight pill form or do you disolve the pill in water? I read that in order to get the correct dosage the best bet is to allow th epills to disolve in water and then drink them.
Jock:
Your plan sounds really good, you need to drink a ton of water when takin clen correct? Any tips on clen? I'll start a clen cycle in mid July nad am lookin for tips on what worked for ya

If your gonna disolve the pills may as well get liquid clen, heard it doesn't taste too good though.

Sounds good bro, just watch out with the clen....gave me serious shakes, even had one palpitation that proper **** me up. But went in about 5 days so all was good....could never take it in the afternoon though, sleep is never the same on it....felt like a walking zombie towards the end but it is good stuff, be sure of that!

You worried that it did any permanente damage? I used to get them and it scared the hll out of me but they went away and luckily haven't had any since.
Hey jock:
I had a buddy of mine runnin a similar cycle like yours and he ran into some bad acne problems, face and body. So bad he had to carry a spary bottle of anchol and literally bath in the stuff 3 times a day. It got to the point where he would bleed all over the bench. You doin' o.k. with it?

No nothing like that, I was more worried because I didn't consider the palpitation minor......it was more like one that had me nailed to the back of my sofa....could hardly breath, thank god it didnt last long at all and never came back.

DaLinkWent: Thanks for your concern bro, the acne I have is only on my back. It is not painful or itchy or anything like that (thankfully) but it doesn't look great.
I ordered some Vitamin B5 like Fudo suggested but I'm still waiting on the order, I'm gonna use the sunbed too as my pasty skintone at the moment only makes the acne look worse.
It sounds as if your buddy suffered badly with acne, it's the only side effect I've noticed so far (thank god)

Jock, you use alcohol to swab the area and vial etc ? Use it with a little water on the acne....dries it up in no time....

Yeah I always swab, the thing is the acne I have is already very dry, so I don't know what it will do.
Thanks, Jock

Squats
2x10 @ 132lbs
4x6 @ 242lbs
Straight-Leg Deadlifts
2x10 @ 110lbs
4x6 @ 220lbs
Leg Presses
1x10 @ 110lbs
4x6 @ 253lbs
Leg Extensions
1x10 @ 33lbs
4x6 @ 88lbs
Simply awesome..... I added extra heavy work sets to all the excercises and my legs are now completely trashed. I found it hard to drive home because my feet could hardly push the pedals! The squats were hard but I may add some more weight next week, just to keep my training balls-to-the-wall.
The Vitamin B5 came this morning, the tablets are huge! 750mg they look like indigestion tablets or something lol I think I'll start tomorrow @ 500mg a day like Fudo suggested (thanks Fudo). Checked the acne in the mirror this morning and it doesn't look too pretty so it's time for action.
Diet
Now up to 4000 cals per day, I think the 2 inches I put on to my waist was a lot to do with the water-retention, rather than simply fat. I would take the nolva @ 10mg per day but I don't really see the point just to get rid of a little water.
Cardio
Had a cardio session 2 days ago (30mins @ 160 BPM) and I felt sluggish. (it was hot too, so I got a serious sweat on) It was my first for 2 weeks. I sounds lazy but I needed a break after a long rugby season. Anyway the extra inches on my waist has scared me into action, so I'll keep at it 2x a week.

Hey bros
Just I'd thought I'd update you all on the acne situation...... I started taking the Vitamin B5 today (750mg E.D) and I managed to get 2 hours in the sun so my back is now red as hell. So much so in fact it hides the acne!

Jock, you're a scrum-half! Why go for the big guys? You need to be fast and "slitheren"..... Maybe as a next cycle you can look at a Winstrol only course?? Maybe add some EQ It will get you lean and mean.
