Shoulder Presses
2x10 @ 27.5 lbs
4x6 @ 50lbs

Upright Rows
2x10 @ 22lbs
4x6 @ 66lbs

Lateral Raises
2x10 @ 16.5lbs
4x6 @ 27.5lbs

Preacher Curls
2x10 @ 22lbs
4x6 @ 44lbs

Standing Curls
4x6 @ 44lbs

OK session, there were 2 other guys in the gym and they were both freakin HUGE! I was a little reminder that there is always someone out there who is much bigger and stronger than you are. My back is very sore, I think I gave it a little too much sun, the acne seems to be very dry, and it is now white (it used to be red) compared to the skin around it....continued with the vitamin B5 @ 750mg a day.

Steve, thanks for having a look at my reasons for this cycle......that game I was referring to was my first league start of the season for the 1st XV and I was chuffed to be playing, I was having a particulary good game in the first half, (I made the break that lead to our first try) and I guess I gotta a little overconfident or cocky if you will. I remember I tried another dummy and the opposition Number Eight absloutley cut me in half! Talk about winded.

Anyway....you are right when you mean I have to be fast, I think I've lost a bit of fitness since I started the cycle but I plan to up the cardio A LOT as soon as I finish plus add some power work/plyometrics so I should be ready for the new season. I really haven't given any future cycles any thought. I've gotta a very important year next year (final year of my degree) so I don't really know as yet, I'm not ruling anything out though.

Thanks, Jock

Bench Press
2x10 @ 110lbs
3x6 @ 154lbs

Incline DB Press
2x10 @ 27.5lbs
4x6 @ 66lbs

Incline Flyes
2x10 @ 27.5lbs
4x6 @ 50lbs

Skullcrushers
2x10 @ 22lbs
4x6 @ 44lbs

Weighted Tricep Dips
2x10 (unweighted)
4x6 @ 132lbs

Great session, upped the DB press weight but I couldn't find the 55lb dumbells, so I had to stay on 50lbs for the incline flyes. Replaced the overhead DB raises with weighted tricep dips as I feel it is a far more challenging and productive excercise.

Deadlift
2x10 @ 132lbs
4x6 @ 264lbs

Chin-Ups
4xRM

Seated Cable Row
2x10 @ 44lbs
4x6 @ 99lbs

Trap Machine Raise
2x10 @ 110lbs
4x6 @ 176lbs

Dumbell Row
2x10 @ 27.5lbs
4x6 @ 71.5lbs

I may replace the Trap-Machine Raises with shrugs of some sort, other than that things are great, I expect a bit of a strength boost from now on as the Deca should fully kick-in after week 3, I don't feel particularly huge but it is clear that I am growing.

Hey people, just to update you all on why I haven't posted any workouts latley.

I visited home on Thursday night to catch up with some old school mates, anyway I went out and had an awesome laugh. I aslo received A LOT of comments about my increased size!!!

I anticipated on goin back on Fri/Sat only to realise that the MOT on my car is due now so I have to wait until Monday until I can get back, my diet has been pretty crap since Thursday night and I have no access to any gym facilities until I get back on Monday night.

Hey fellas haven't posted for a while, today was my first workout for 5 days and it sucked! It just goes to show that steroids are no substitute for hard work.

Steve: I had several questions leaning towards: "what are you on?" I'd just blind them with science telling them how much I eat, how cycling creatine is so effective and how I'm taking this great pro-hormone. Most people I spoke to were totally lost by then and their responses were generally: "oh right....it's just you look a bit bigger thats all".

Abarlament: Sorry bro I haven't had access to any accurate scales lately, so I'm not really sure, my water retention seems to have subsided, so I have no idea. I'll post my stats real soon

Bench Press
2x10 @ 110lbs
4x6 @ 154lbs

Incline Press
2x10 @ 33lbs
4x6 @ 66lbs

Incline Flyes
2x10 @ 27.5lbs
4x6 @ 50lbs

Skullcrushers
2x10 @ 22lbs
4x6 @ 44lbs

Overhead Tricep Extensions
4x6 @ 60lbs

I meant to carry on with the dips as I did in the last workout I did like this but I forgot my towel, and I didn't fancy resting 3 plates on my bare legs

My diet was sh*t for the last 5 days because I had no access to any decent foods, and no gym. I started eating properly again today which felt good, hopefully everthing is back on track.

Sure thing bro, my main reason for posting this journal is for others to learn from it. Stick around bro, there is still alot of progress to be made!

Thanks, Jock

Leg day today oh yeah!

Squats
2x10 @ 132lbs
4x6 @ 242lbs

Straight-Leg Deadlifts
2x10 @ 110lbs
4x6 @ 220lbs

Leg Presses
2x10 @ 66lbs
4x6 @ 264lbs

Leg Extensions
2x10 @ 27.5lbs
4x6 @ 66lbs

Superb session, legs are still burning. It was my first leg session for a while so I decided to put a freeze on any weight increases, but after such a good day in the gym I hope to add some weight to my squat, leg-press and definintley leg extension.

Apologies to Abarlament, sorry bro I keep forgetting to take 20p for the weighing scales, but I'll post my weight asap.

I'm definitley noticably bigger now, not to myself so much but to other people. Some of my t-shirts now feel very tight and some shorts I have feel restrictive around my legs. Roll on week 6!
