Get some aromasin/exemestane. Taking Nolv the whole time isn't the best plan. From what I hear, proviron is pretty much useless. Save the Nolv for signs of gyno appearing.
Not a deca fan myself, but if you are determined to take it, I'd shoot it all in the first 4 weeks. It has a long ester, so it should be gone from your system when you get done with the Enan. That'll give you Lydig cells the best chance to recover.
Some people recover fine from deca, but lots of people don't.

Yeah I meant I was gonna take Nolva everyday after gyno symptoms appear, the proviron is just in case of Deca dick.

Good thanks bro I haven't started my cycle yet, it will commence from early June, I've just gotta get the rest of my juice.
I was so excited I couldn't wait to post this so I'll have to wait a few weeks although I can think of little else!

Well good luck. Been looking at this myself, although I feel that I personally have a way to go before I do anything about it (and I am a year older than you, its not fair that some people have all the sense and start training early)
I had thought I would just do test ethanate and not bother with the deca but you are planning on gaining 20lbs from 170 and I would probably be looking to gain 10lbs from there for my goals (we are the same height)
How soon after you start do you think results will be obvious? Might take some explaining to your rugby team mates how you blew up off season like that!
I am very interested in how you get on with the clomid, on the other forums i have read the side-effects etc of post-cycle drugs are not often mentioned.
Assuming that this cycle yields the 20 odd lbs you are looking for, will you not cycle again after this? There are so many variables in this of course, but as a rugby player and not a competitive bodybuilder, then you obviously are not looking to get enormous. My major concern is that you can hold the extra weight on during the rigorous season and not have to cycle every summer.
Be good to hear your thoughts bro.

Yeah bro, well as you said I plan to gain 20lbs, I've researched around and I've found out that gains from test only cycles are lost easily (even with D-bol). The stack of deca and test should yield some good, but most importantly, keepable gains.
I played last night against a big physical team and although I pulled off a few good tackles against the bigger, back-row ball carriers. I did get turned-over a few times in the tackle because of my lack of strength. BTW my cover story is creatine/protein and lots of food!
If I can hold on to 15lbs in the long run (18 months + more) I'll be happy. You're right the season is very tough (I have a 2 week break before pre-season starts) but I'm gonna have a major overhaul of my eating habits after the cycle is over so I can hopefully keep the gains through a better-structured diet.
With regard to Clomid I can expect a change in emotional feelings (don't ask me what they are I'm just an insensitive rugby jock!), increased lerthargy/tiredness, general coughs and colds and basically feeling like crap. However this is the time to take the bull by the horns and keep lifting + eating religiously.
To be honest bro I don't wanna get into the juice game to any serious degree. If I told you that I will never cycle again, I'd be lying, but I'd put a limit of 4 cycles in my lifetime. I know that it will be VERY hard to stay off the gear, but I've written myself a note on a piece of paper, urging myself to stay in control. I've also photocopied pages from a book: 'Anabolic Steroids in Sport and Excercise' highlighted and noted key quotes regarding dependency.

What are those quotes about dependancy? Probably need to read one or two of those myself way before i consider doing any AAS.
Exams this summer? Good luck if you do. Thanks for the info about clomid, needed to know about that.

Hey bro
Here are some of the quotes you asked about :
'Psychological dependance is characterized by a compulsion to take a drug psychological effects, despite the adverse consequences that result from the drug use. The psychologially dependant person has impaired ability to control and tends to resume use even after withdrawal symptoms have subsided'.
(Charles.E.Yesalis, Anabolic Steroids in Sport and Excercise, 2000, 3rd ed)
'When faced with the syringe, even my own worts fears didn't matter, I couldn't stop. Seventeen-inch arms were not enough, I wanted 20. And when I got to 20, I was sure that I'd want 22. My retreat to the weight room as a retreat into the simple world of numbers. Numerical graduations were the only thing left in my life that made sense. Twenty was better than 17, but worse than 22. Bench pressing 315 was better than bench pressing 275, but worse than 365. I was reduced to a world where such thinking ruled, and it was only by embracing it that I could sleep at night.'
(Samuel Wilson Fussell, Muscle: Confessions of an Unlikely Bodybuilder, 1991).
Have a look at this for some more good and bad steroid experiences:
www.anabolicsteroids.com/steroidexp.html
If you wanna learn more about the juice game I thouroughly recommend this site www.muscletalk.co.uk some great bros, wth great knowledge.
No exams this summer bro, finished all my coursework last week! All I can think about now is getting on!

Hi Jock-
If you haven't already, check out www.anabolicextreme.com before you do your cycle. Tons of "no-BS" articles and such that might be very helpful in your quest. I know there are lots of sites, but this one I found to be quite excellent.
Good luck!

Thanks for the link Tuna Fish I'll have a good look at that.
Bulking Diet Ratios & Numbers - 50% Carb
- 30% Protein
- 20% Fat
Calorie Totals Week: 1
(This is my starting point, I will build up 500 cals a week until I hit 5000 and maintain that for the duration of my cycle)
Diet Totals: Per Day - 375g Carbs
- 225g Protein
- 67g Fat
Diet Totals: Per Meal - 63g Carbs
- 38g Protein
- 11g Fat
I'm shootin for 500 cals per meal in week 1, and I'm currently in the process of weighing/measuring all the foods I will consume. The food will be clean and will consist of: Pasta, Tuna, Chicken Breasts, Brown Bread, Oatmeal, Potatoes, Vegetables, Egg-Whites, and some fruit etc.
I will also be using N-Large 2 by Prolab when calorie-consuming gets tough towards the end of the cycle.
Post-Wokout nutrition will consist of 3 scoops of EAS Simply Whey, and 9 scoops of dextrose mixed with water in a blender. I will consume my post- workout meal within 90 minutes of my workout finishing.
