My Diet


Goal : Lose weight and maintain muscle

I have recently changed my diet, I am eating 5-6 times a day with the last meal about 6.30pm

Yesterday I consumed

1726 Calories
Fat 36g
Carbs 220g
Protein 126g

Today

1563 Calories
Fat 26g
Carbs 182g
Protein 144g

I don't think this is enough, but I am struggling to eat more, without being stuffed full.

Any ideas ???

Make your last meal later. Assuming you get up as early as 6:30 am, that's 12 hours without food. Your body will eat away at muscle just as much as fat during that time.

I could have something about 8.30pm I suppose, something light though, what do you suggest?

I have 200ml skimmed milk with 16g whey 16g Casein protein about 30 mins before bed.

The reason for only 16g of casein is its a lot more expensive than the whey, gram for gram.
