my eating - opinions wanted

Hi everyone,
This is currently what i'm eating for my bulking phase.

Morning:
3 egg whites
protein shake- 1 scoop whey, 1 cup milk, 1 cup blue berries

midmorning:
cliff bar
1/2 pb sandwhich

lunch:
turkey sandwhich
(2 slices 12 grain bread, 3-4 slices turkey, mustard)
cliff bar

pre-workout( round 4:00) :
lil lifters 900 cal shake
(1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 tbs. olive oil, 2 cups milk, 1 scoop ptn whey, 1 tbs. pb)
workout (about an hour and half)

post workout/dinner:
2 chicken breasts seasoned with herbimaire

later night: 1/2 pb sandwhich

b4 bed:
3-4 egg whites

how does this sound to everyone? I average around 2,500-3,000 cals. but since I wan't to start bulking for 2 months I am wondering if this change looks good in terms of all the food groups?

Lose the Clif bars. They provide a shot of high glycemic carbs and, other than immediately around your workout time, are a bad choice for general nutrition.

Where are the veggies?

I am 6ft. tall and weigh 205 pnds. I've been doing weight training now for 7-8 months, i'll be posting pictures up soon.

I agree, 900 cals is alot in one sitting however, I tried it and man what a difference! It was like I was back on creatine.

Jeez, didn't really realize I wasn't getting veggies in my diet, been worried with getting enough protein. Are potatoes, carrots, peppers ok?
thanks for the help so far

Yeah eat plenty of veggies! Your lunch looks kind of light too! Usually lunch is one of my bigger meals!
