"My Endeavour"-ixoyc


Decided to try something new...i'm going to film my workouts.

I'll just film my oly stuff and not the secondary stuff, like abs or something...

The quick and dirty of my goals:

1. qualify for big meets (i.e. Collegiate Nationals or the American Open)
2. qualify for big meets (i.e. Collegiate Nationals or the American Open)
3. qualify for big meets (i.e. Collegiate Nationals or the American Open)
etc. etc. etc.

*this was me pyramiding up, trying to snatch 180lbs. failed 2 times then got it. new pr.

after this did leg press, biceps and abs.

Congrats on that 180 snatch PR. You had a work a little bit to stand up with it. That's the way max efforts are.

Awesome fight on the last video. This should be a pretty epic journal, so I'll be following. That gym looks really nice, any pictures of it?

warmup, 50, 80, 100x3, 110x3, 120x2, 140x2 (forced reps), 140x2 (forced reps), 150x1 forced rep

abs

thursday

shrugs from the floor snatch grip...did 4x1 at 100
