I have a hard time sometimes when eating out. Today is an example, I didn't consume enough proteins. I must improve this.

Meal 2 needs improvement. EVERY meal needs protein and carbs. nuts are mostly fat - they have less protein than fat. Add veggies in here. You are not getting enough of them
Meal 6 needs protein - can be in the form of tofu if you prefer.

Thanks Lady C for coming in. I really know that those meals were lacking of proteins. It was a really bad day in my diet. I will try to improve

I think you are not getting enough protein and evenly distributed throughout the day. Are you getting 15-20 grams per MEAL? How much protein is in 1 tsp peanut powder and one egg white? How much protein is in 1 tsp gat milk powder? I am close to your size and 15-20 grams per meal is ideal for 5 meals daily. I eat 3 egg whites & 1 yolk or 2 whole eggs for one meal.
I would not have two meals of oatmeal in the same day, especially if you are trying to reduce bodyfat.

Lady C, you are right, I am not having enough protein in some of my meals. And yeah, yesterday I ate way too much oatmeal (I love the stuff ) and carbs in general. With 3 kids around and a fulltime job, and thousands of things to do, I barely have time to prepare meals to bring to my office, but there are no excuses, I have to find the way to plan better my foods. Thanks and please, keep on highlighting my weak points and giving me advice.

I will post meal at the end of the day.

Great workout there Acuarius, 210 x 8 on the squat press is great! Awesome work. Always nice to get a little boost from those carbs, carbs taste good too haha.

Hi jgriff, nice to see you around. Yesterday workout was an effective one. Everytime I need to stand up from my comfy seat here in my office, I can feel the soreness in my quads and my butt. Oh well, that is exacty what we want, don't we?
June 18th and 19th.
Today and tomorrow I will be resting in preparation for the dragon boat race on sunday. I am not expecting to win because IMO my team is not in the best condition for racing, but I think it will be fun and a good experience though . I will let you know how it goes.
Today I and my dh will be staying at a spa and hot springs hotel not so far away from home. I think this one will be a great way to relax before sunday. So I am taking half day off from work too,

Oatmeal - ya, I've got a weakness for the stuff too.....
Also, don't say you don't expect to win that race or you certainly wont!!! I'm sure in your journal on Monday it will say you guys kicked some serious butt....
