pierini....thank you!
Firehawk...hand off man was pretty bad. The first one it was not a solid hand off at all. Second one was a strong lift off, but dropped the weight and too far back. So I had to steady it, bring it forward, and make sure it didn't fall on me. lol hand offs are always a joke, it's just a given for my training.

BACK, Monday, November 21, 2005
BORs 10 x 45 lbs, 6 x 95 lbs, 4 x 135 lbs, 2 x 155 lbs, 2 x 185 lbs, 6 x 195 lbs, 6 x 195 lbs, 6 x 195 lbs
Chin Ups BW x 6, BW+20 x 6, BW+20 x 5
Seated Cable Rows 4 x 140 lbs, 4 x 140 lbs
BB Shrugs 20 x 215 lbs
BB Curls 3 x 95 lbs
Notes: Blah. I stayed at 195s instead of going up to 200s for BORs. Chin ups felt better than last week. Cable rows sucked cuz I had to use a different attachment, making them harder and not as good. It was a wider grip as opposed to my very narrow grip. Shrugs easy, curls sucked.

Wow, nice on the PR! : (I'm a little late on the cheering )
Out of curiosity, (maybe I missed it in another post) I know you started at 160 lbs over a year and half ago...how much are you weighing in at now? I'm interested in how much muscle weight gain correlates to the 80 pound increase in BP

Thanks doy When I was 160 I was pretty damn skinny, right now I'm at about 5'8" or 9" and 200 lbs even. First year in college I bulked bigtime and gained 35 lbs, and ever since May 2005 I've pretty much maintained bodyweight yet decreased BF%
