Lucky Sh*ts. Without cardio - I store EVERYTHING as fat - no matter how many or few calories I'm eating.

Guess it'll give me a healthy heart in the end though. Gotta take the good with the bad.

I ran track for 4 years in high school. I just gotta get back into the groove and really get my running back in tact. I'll be golden/money in no time! That is if I get off my lazy butt and run like I'm supposed to!

Greg, why are you up at 3:36am. You should be sleeping so your workout from today will take effect. And so tomorrow's won't suck.

I should be too, but people keep getting sick and I'm back at work again.

I'm pushing back the squat workout to Friday instead of today. I should be ready to rock and roll tomorrow morning. Last night was a long night lol.

Planning to have lots of stored energy for tomorrow?

I'm a little behind today. I finally made it home about 08:30 and took a nap. I'm just now getting my nutrition in to be ready for lifting. This will put my cardio late. I'm going to lift, cook, cardio, eat. And of course eat enough to store some extra energy for tomorrow. Tomorrow is the scheduled start of bulking anyway. I've already blown it for my post cut pics by eating a few extra carbs to acclimate my digestive system to them.

Have a great day, eat well, and get a good squat day tomorrow.

Yeah today would have been rough. I'm still tired and it's 2pm. I guess it doesn't help that I got 4 hours of sleep. I'll be well fed and well rested for squats tomorrow Last year when I was seriously bulking, I got my friend to bulk with me. Whenever we couldn't finish our meal, we'd have people start chanting for us "BULK, BULK, BULK." So if you have trouble just sing that to yourself as motivation

LEGS, Friday, November 25, 2005
Squats 10 x 45 lbs, 7 x 135 lbs, 3 x 185 lbs, 3 x 225 lbs, 1 x 255 lbs, 3x3 @ 275 lbs
Seated Calf Raises 3 sets of 8

Notes: Excrutiating pain today in my hammy. Still can't walk right. It's been since July it's ****ing ridiculous. Haven't been able to DL or squat right for 5 months goddamn. The weight at 275 is EASY yet it feels like I only have one leg because the other kept wanting to give out. UGH.

Still, to me 275 look pretty darn good.

When are you ever going to break down and get that leg checked by a doctor?

i'm putting it on record that you said you'd get your dad to check it and you'd go to a specialist if that's what he recommends.

My dad's gonna give me some hip/leg exercises and movements to do, and if that doesn't help it out, I'll be going to a sports physician he said

Yeah it has never healed and hasn't really gotten much better either. We'll see how things turn out over the next couple months though : /
