Sleep and food drastically affect workouts, well mine anyway. Next time make sure you get 8 hours' rest and enough balanced meals and the weight will shoot back up.

You're tellin me haha. I just don't have the time honestly for proper diet and sleep. Perfect example, today. Got up at 7:50am, grabbed quick breakfast and had class til 11:50, leaving enough time to eat small lunch and work 1-7, and get small dinner and now doing homework since 8:30pm or so and I'll be doing it til around 1am. As you can see, working out and eating don't fit in too well I'm going to work it in as best I can though.

I might take time off soon, I'm gonna try some kind of deloading work in a sense, higher reps and higher volume than what I'm used to and see where that lands me. Time off might be in the near future, I have no idea when the last time off was.

you need to discover the wonderful world of packing food, lol....eat your breakfast, then grab a protein bar to bring to class with you, then eat your lunch, and pack some food to bring to work with you. You can't possibly work for 6 hours straight without a break, so you can bring something and take 10-15 minutes to eat it during work, then have your dinner. This way you get 2 extra meals in there and won't have to go so long without eating. It will make a HUGE difference for you...

He doesn't have the money, he's a college kid.

It's easy to just say "pack a lunch and bring it with you", but when you're a broke college kid who lives away from home, you don't have mommy to support you so much.

well I wasn;t implying he pack fillet mignon or anything like that!

you can pick up protein bars for $1 a bar and you can always pack a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for those "extra" meals. That doesn't really cost much

Well you can always play with some bodyweight only and running workouts for a couple of weeks to rejuvenate yourself and get some blood flowing throught them "tired college-boy veins".

I do need a good run, get some cardio in me. I might do that tonight before bed so I can get a good sleep before I gotta get up at 6:45am.

I might start bringing protein bars, I mean I should be able to afford those, and I can always stop any time. I actually don't take breaks at work...I did 8.5 hours straight, didn't take either 10 minute break nor the 30 minute lunch break. Just seems pointless, I'd rather get paid the whole time, I don't smoke, and I'm fine without food, so I'd rather work than sit bored in the back. Plus since I just started I really need to show them that I am a hard worker and I'm going to be sticking around, which shouldn't be a problem.

Many a peanut butter & jam on whole wheat bread sandwiches have kept the hunger monster in this man tamed. I gave up on those protein bars recently. I think there is better bang for the dollar with real food. Stuff liked canned tuna, almonds, and fruits with lots of water of course.
