Thanks man, I actually just stopped by yours. Hopefully I'll be on a consistent track now that my summer job is over. I'm really looking forward to making progress again.

Not a bad workout to stick in between studying. Now I know what I've been getting wrong too. I've been getting some studying in between lifting. That may be why I've only got a week left to do 3 of the FEMA/OEMS Incident Command Systems/Emergency Management classes I have to do. If they are like the others, I should knock them out in about an hour by taking the test instead of the class (heard it all before)...still, lifting between studying - I'll give that a try...maybe.

haha might wanna give it a shot, especially if it *might* affect your career I think an education is just a wee little bit more important than big muscles.

May be a good idea. Actually, I've already got the education, now I've got to prove I remember it. I've did all the others by testing out of them, just have put these off because the material is so dry and really just one of those homeland security administrative BS things. I've got to do the extra because I'm considered administration...dammit.
Probably knock them out this afternoon.

Squats 10x45, 6x95, 3x135, 3x185, 3x230, 1x250, 1x270, 3x230
BORs 5x140, 5x150, 5x160, 5x170, 5x180
Seated Calf Raises 10x90, 8x115, 8x115
Hammer Curls 10x40, 10x40
Notes: I'd like to add something to this leg/back day but I'm not sure what yet. The 270 squat was easier than I thought, a little slow out of the hole (for those that don't remember my vids I go pretty deep), but after halfway it shot up with ease. 180 rows were difficult, I've always been stuck around 185 on them. Extra work tossed in.
FYI for those who do not know:
I am 20 y.o. male, bodyweight app. 180 lbs at the moment, 3rd year Kent State University student. I noticed my stats are a little out of date from when my journal began

Flat BB Bench 10x45, 6x95, 5x135, 3x155, 3x190, 3x190, 5x190
Hang Clean, Push Press 5x45, 5x95, 5x110, 3x120
Skull Crushers 10x80, 10x90
Notes: Crowded at 10pm still at the rec, didn't want to wait any more for more lifts. I was surprised and very glad to hit 5x190 on bench at the end of my 3x3. I was tired, I don't care for late night work outs. Decent lifts though still.

Damn good lifts. Especially crushers that heavy - for that many reps. :

Flat BB Bench 10x45, 6x95, 5x135, 3x155, 3x195, 3x195, 3x195
Hang Clean, Push Press 5x45, 5x95, 5x120, 4x125
Skull Crushers 10x90, 8x95, 4x100
Face Pulls 10x150, 10x150
Notes: Not in the zone today but lifts went pretty well. 195s on bench felt heavy, I was kinda pissed about that. Next time finally back into 200s though. Hang clean, push presses went well, I could only get 3x120 last time. Form is a huge deal on this lift. Skull crushers were rough, face pulls were cake.

Flat BB Bench 10x45, 6x95, 5x135, 3x165, 3x200, 3x200, 3x200
Hang Clean, Push Press 5x45, 5x100, 5x115, 5x125
Cable Pushdowns 8x140, 5x150, 6x150
Notes: Flat bench went ok, I think progress will be slowing down soon. I hope I can nail the 205s next week. I was surprised to get the 125s for the hang clean and push presses. That is definitely a full body exercise, it takes so much out of me. No free benches for skull crushers so I did pushdowns. It sucks that the stacks only go to 150, especially for things like face pulls.

I agree with you. I've been sneaking into the closet one day a week and doing some light weight lifting, including the clean and push press. I'm wondering if it may be the perfect full body exercise if done with a squat clean.

Flat BB Bench 10x45, 6x95, 5x135, 3x175, 3x205, 3x205, 3x205
Hang Clean, Push Press 5x45, 5x100, 5x115, 3x130
Skullcrushers 8x90, 6x100, 6x100
Face Pulls 10x150, 10x150
Notes: Barely got the 205s. I might start working with heavy singles from now on before I plateau completely. Hang cleans and push presses were a nightmare. The 130s were heavy, rough form all around. I think I got 4-5 but they sucked so I put 3 full reps. Skullcrushers getting easier, trying to keep solid form, sometimes elbows flare a bit, but triceps still get worked very well. Face pulls to top it all off.
