Great job squatting with those "buns of steel". Your squat performance is starting to show the type of prowess that you exhibited when you were doing some serious DL work before you hurt your hammy.

Thank you pierini The deadlift was my best lift, now it looks like the squat might be trying to take that position. I have had no pain in my hamstring from squats, and so far the SLDLs have been fine. Maybe after next cycle I will finally be able to get back to deadlifting...who knows!

EDIT: Since I did get a new digital camera, I'm hoping to get squat and bench videos and post them online. I went solo to the gym today so I couldn't tape these, but I'm looking forward to getting some lifts on video again.

Flat Bench 12x45, 12x95, 12x145, 10x165, 8x185, 5x200, 2x215
Seated DB Press 5x60, 5x65
Dips BW+15x6, BW+15x6, BW+15x6
DB Side Raises 10x30
DB Front Raises 10x40

Notes: Missed some reps on the bench today. 8x185 is a PR, missed a rep on the 200s and 215s. I only got 2 reps on the 215s thanks to leg drive. After the 185s I was done, they toasted me. Seated DB press took too much effort to get them into position, and since I was exhausted I didn't go for 70s today. Dips went strong as did side raises. Front raises were ok.

Hey Stang thanks for stopping by. I haven't taken any pics, but I'll be posting videos up soon of some of my lifts hopefully.

2004 stats were 5'8", 17 years old, 160 lbs
2007 stats are 5'9", 20 years old, 190-195 lbs

My lifts have gone up significantly since then, but there have been setbacks. I took last summer off due to my job (65 hour work week average, I think 55 hours was my shortest week). I also had a hamstring injury from deadlifting off plates. I finally have no pain in my hamstring and the injury was in July 2005, so that set my DLs and squats back bigtime.

Hope to hear more from ya :

Squats 8x45, 5x135, 3x185, 3x225, 1x275, 3x3 @ 305
DB Rows 15x55, 10x60
SLDLs 8x165, 8x185
DB Shrugs 10x90

Notes: Short and sweet today. Nailed the squats again. I carbed up yesterday and ate a good breakfast today. 310s will be tough, but I'd love to be able to get to 315s. I'm going to do higher rep DB rows (2 at a time, not one-armed) instead of pull ups. SLDLs easy, creeping up there. Shrugs to finish off. Calf machine occupied, and biceps got fried on DB rows.
