Cardio Jog/Run ~2 miles outside

Notes: I don't know the actual distance, I'm guessing close to 2 miles. I had to stop and walk 3 times, probably about 400m in total. I'm definitely not used to long distance running, not built for it, and I don't like it lol, but I'll keep doing it every now and then.

Yeah running is tough to get started, but after a few times out there you start to enjoy it, too. I prefer interval training, where I walk then run or sprint and repeat as opposed to long distance. I ran sprints in high school for 4 years, distance just isn't my thing. ANYWAY...GET OUT THERE AND RUN!

Squats 10x45, 10x135, 10x185, 10x225, 10x275
BORs (OH) 8x135, 8x185, 8x205

Notes: Short workout, didn't feel like doing anything else. Last time squatting my boxers ripped for the second time. All I could think about this time was "when will it happen." It didn't happen again, but I lost a lot on the lifts due to thinking of other things. Rows went alright, still have my big test tomorrow on my mind.

Spring break begins after classes tomorrow. I will be taking the time off from lifting, but I plan to keep my diet in check and the calories/protein high. When I return to lifting, I have decided to start taking creatine ethyl ester (CEE). I found 1000g for $35 shipped so I went ahead and bought it. I plan to take about 5g a day and increase my water intake substantially. I will be posting a tentative lifting schedule/cycle at some point over the next week because I want to make this a damn good strength building cycle coming up.

Flat Bench 10x45, 6x95, 5x135, 3x175, 3x195, 3x205, 3x215
Standing OHP 6x45, 6x100, 6x105, 6x110
Dips BW+25x8, BW+25x8
Face Pulls 10x150, 10x150
DB Side Bends 10x70, 10x70

Notes: New cycle started today. After 1.5 weeks off of benching, today went very well. 195s were cake, 215s weren't even too bad. I expect the next couple weeks should actually get easier. Overhead presses relatively easy, dips I was tired for. I haven't done a lot of these moves in some time so I need to readjust and then the numbers should take off.

I felt sore and weaker on the dips, but I haven't done dips in awhile nor have I lifted recently. I'll know by next week or the week after how the two are working together.

Hey Greg Hope you had a good break. Time to get down to business and finish off the semester right!

What CEE product did you end up buying? I've been looking into a few myself.

Ohh and nice to see you doing some cardio. Long distance running sucks indeed.

lol yes distance running blows I ended up buying Bulk Nutrition's CEE product. It's very basic, straight CEE with no filler (tastes pretty bad, my tap water tasted sweet after downing this stuff). It was $35 for 1000g, which is about a 200 day supply at 5g a day.

I am ready to lock and load and nail the rest of this semester, hit it hard at the gym, and get my job started back up in 1.5 months. Thanks for saying hi
