Cardio Walk, Jog, Run, Walk, Jog, Run, Jog
Notes: Each lap was 1/7 mile. Quick workout, didn't want to do too much because squats are tomorrow. Running/jogging is becoming easier even though I haven't been in a couple weeks. I'd like to do a timed mile sometime soon.

Squats 6x135, 5x185, 3x225, 1x275, 1x315, 3x330
BORs (UH) 8x45, 8x135, 8x185, 8x205
DB Shrugs 10x85, 10x95
Seated Calf Raises 3x10
Notes: Squats are getting better, 135 felt super light and even 225 was cake. I probably could have done 3x335 but I'll save it for next time, it always feels so damn heavy. I wasn't feeling rows at all so I quit early. I forgot about abs or I would have done them. Oops...

Yea you know that's probably more accurate since I probably wasn't even thinking about jogging 3 months ago lol.

Deadlifts 5x45, 5x135, 2x185, 2x225, 2x275, 2x300
Cardio Stationary Bike 15 minutes
Notes: I don't even remember the last time I tried conventional deadlifting. And it's been 21 months since I have deadlifted conventionally pain free I want to keep the weight relatively light so squat progress isn't interfered with too much. 300s were rather easy which surprised me. Light cardio to finish the day.

Flat Bench 10x45, 6x135, 3x185, 3x210, 3x220, 3x230
Standing OHP 6x45, 6x95, 6x115, 6x120, 6x125
Tricep Pushdowns 10x150, 10x150
DB Side Bends 10x80
Notes: I was tired/exhausted for this workout but managed to hit another PR on the bench. I got around 5 hours of sleep last night and worked for 4 hours this morning at the local Habitat for Humanity warehouse moving a lot of stuff around. Good workout over all, nothing spectacular.

Looks like you have been having great workouts. Your squats and bench are coming on good and very impressive weight on the BORS.
